Today was the best experience I've had with online ordering. The food was completed on time. Everything was in the order, nothing missing. It was all hot and delicious. The restaurant was clean upon entering and the staff was great. The cashier even had me laughing.

I go to KFC once every couple weeks and have never had a bad experience until tonight!There’s a man working drive through. Or sure his name but he is white with glasses and that was the RUDEST person I have EVER dealt with in a drive thru.I hope they either get him a different position or a different job because he does not seem to like the one he has!

We got original but it was like old crispy fried that was left over and they seemed to try and make it taste like original. It was old chicken though that was left over. KFC use to have very good creamed potatoes and gravy but these were sorry instant potatoes with a sorry instant chicken gravy. They chop the cold slaw now and it is in hard small chunks that is so hard to chew. Food was not real KFC but we paid more fir it. Want be back. Restaurant was very clean and staff were super friendly.

Best coleslaw ever, and the green beans aren't bad. The chicken is delicious!! I always purchase the large coleslaw, and the cashier told me to purchase the family size, which is a better deal. I didn't even know they sold a family size great service and provided all we needed for the gathering..
