The service I got at the Lake City Krystal's was out of this world. Can I take the time to give you a little bit of a testimony I was out and about with my two kids school shopping and my day wasn’t going very well. I was down. I was literally almost in tears. I was so emotional and I went through Krystal's drive-through just to get some lunch for me and the kids and a young lady voice came over the intercom and asked me was I ready to order, and I told her not yet but soon after I heard a sweet voice that begin to talk to me. Y’all don’t know, I’m but his kindness shifted my whole mood.The young man name was Sean that came across that intercom and begin to speak to me and I know it wasn’t nobody but God that sent him to make me laugh he begins to cheer me up, just the best customer service ever it begin to make my watery eyes begin to dry up. I just wanna to thank Sean again for his great hospitality for his great customer service not all workers have that great customer service but I thank you for yours.

Hey ya'll, so at 11:30 on Aug 1, 2025 I have to say that yes I love Krystal's and it has been a while since I have been there and I always order mine with no onions and no pickles. I forgot last night when me and my daughter went by there on the way home to get a sackful of Krystal's. At the speaker the kind man who we now know as Justin and the Employee of the Month as well was serving us. When he took the money he was funny, friendly and very kind. It was very nice to see a face that looked like he really enjoyed his job. He then asked us to move up because he had to make the Krystal's. So when he came out with them and said that they were fresh off of the grill, my daughter bit into one and she said that they were so good. And mind you I have the onions and pickles on them all, but when I bit into on of those hot juicy Krystal's, it was the best tasting Krystal that I had ever tasted and the onions were cooked just like I like them. With no Crunch. So I just want to shout out to Justin and say thank you so much for making me and my daughters night and I hope to see you smiling face again soon!!!!!!

The Krystal's in Lake City by the Mall is soooooo Good!!! Food was hot and fresh and the lobby was Clean!!! Bathroom was even Clean!!! Might be the Cleanest Krystal's in America. Managers name was Justin and I congratulated him when we left.

Horrible service the entire place was so dirty. The screens were all broken. It is disgusting in the cooking area. People are grabbing stuff with their hands. Overall experience disgusting the patties are frozen. They have to beat it with a hammer to get it. Unstuck do not recommend.
