Almost $8 for two little bitty cheese puffs in a small fry the hot dogs were called the Buns were stale and they didn't even have hardly any chili on them at all horrible

Shaun & his crew have got this place rocking! It’s so clean & everyone is clearly working as a team & are in high spirits. And to top it off Shaun discounted food for a grieving local family who we’re on our way too to pay our respects. Thank you Shaun M.!! Everyone come check out what looks like the new & improved Lake City Krystal’s! Also it’s Thanksgiving eve & they are all smiling, communicating & cooking up a storm.

We visited at 7:30PM on 11/25/25. This is our third visit since the new crew took over operations of this location. The Manager is Paul and he always helpful and pays attention to the details of the customer. He is always there. I almost believe he works 24 hours a day! He has a great crew. The food prep area was clean and orderly. The order was ready in less than 5 minutes; hot an fresh. They even delivered the order to the table. The lobby was clean and stocked. We noticed as we left the store that the outside parking area was totally free from trash and debris. Whom ever is the new owner and new general manager made some good choices for employees. The crew works very hard. Prior to our first return visit two weeks ago, we had not been to this location in three years due to the laziness of the people that previously ran the operation. It is well managed now. Keep it up. I recommend if you have not been to the Lake City Krystal lately, you should go. Load the Krystal App and you will get rewards for free food. I wish them luck and they have at least two customers who will visit often.
