They never have rushed service. Their food is mediocre and they’re always closed. 40 minutes early I’ve tried them three times now and every time has been one excuse or another on why they couldn’t do an order

Excellent service, Good fresh food, We were all very happy with our food, especially the hot fresh fries that were cooked to perfection! The crew was friendly and service was fast. Kudos to the entire crew on April 1, 2024, around 5:20 PM.
My guy loves Krystal burgers. Unfortunately, there are no locations near us so when trav3, and we found this location, he was delighted. The burgers were just as he remembered!

Cheyenne was the manager, cashier and drive-thru cashier. She is extremely pleasant and courteous. Everyone I spoke with was the same. Even the two men making the food. Food was hot and fresh. I almost had the place to myself, only another man eating in and an unfriendly walk in who ordered and left. The best part was watching and talking to Cheyenne. She was not your typical grumpy worker. She was doing 3 jobs and in a very charming way. Anyone else would have been rude because they were doing more than thier one job. She was not. Wish more people were like her and her crew that day.

I ordered tonight about 8pm. I was only person in line. I ordered a #1 with cheese. Everything was cold,buns were hard and fries were still a little frozen in the middle. Nothing was fresh. I won't be back.

Absolutely disgusting. I visited today and was blown away by what was clearly the manager of the restaurant. She was dealing with a repairman, and walking around the area where food was being prepared patting the back of her head with her hand. Maybe trying to make her hair flatter, I don’t know but, this is something that needs to be addressed in the bathroom or outside, not around the food that is being prepared for customers.
Manager is very rude to start with she gave us a cup that had part of top missing then got rude when we ask for another one instead of fixing one she started rolling her eyes and handed me another cup she all she could do t she was just very very

Food was real soggy. They said we had to wait for the fries 10 minutes and when they finally bought them out they were cold and by no means fresh. Will never go back
