Staff is always pleasant and keep fresh food hot n ready as advertised. Never got a bad pizza from this store, always well cooked, topped correctly and never too little or too much of any one item. Chelsea is always cheerful and greets you when you walk in. Great customer service. Best Lil Ceasers we have.

I would highly recommend this location to anyone and everyone. Exceptional customer service! The lady worker there (Chelsea) was very nice and accommodating to me and my three small children. I had just gotten off of work and had my three small children from daycare and at this moment they all decided to act up at once, but ‘Chelsea’ was behind the counter and she was very accommodating and shown me and my children exceptional merit, as she could tell I was beyond frustrated. That lady is a Saint and I will continue to order my pizza from this restaurant because of her, AND the great/affordable pizza :)). Thank you Chelsea for working that day!

Purchased a Stuffed Pretzel crust cheese pizza through the app. Husband picked it up. After getting home to eat, we see it's a pepperoni not cheese.
I don't eat pork for 2 reasons:
1. My religious beliefs
2. I actually have allergies to pork.
I called and the lady on phone was very understanding and apologized for the mix up and asked me to bring this pizza back for an exchange for the correct pizza.
I get there and the lady at the counter lectured me, like it was my fault. She told me I should have called ahead and let them know that I have a food allergy. She also stated that they use the same cutter for all there pizzas (outside of the lecture, this is good to know, because I didn't have). I did however, let her know that there wouldn't have been any issues if they'd of given me the correct order the 1st time. As for the cross contamination via the pizza cutter... Apparently my allergies to pork aren't affected by shared pizza cutters, but pork cooked into food and/or eating it as a food (pepperoni, ham, bacon, etc...) does affect me. Because of my religious beliefs, it's good to know for the future purchase of pizza.
Has the lady of not tried making the mix-up my fault, it would be 5 stars, though the pizza is always good, her attitude affects overall service and atmosphere. Accidents happen, attitude is choice (just saying).

Love the pizza smell when I walk in the door. Need to put entire menu in view as I do not remember the names of the pizzas I usually order. 5 stars because I was waited on quickly, they helped me choose the correct pizza, and was that pizza good, hot and freshly made. YUM!!!

Rude and disrespectful… I made an online order for a pizza and a drink I picked up my pizza and drink then headed to my car meanwhile the employee Malissa is flying out the door behind me accusing me of stealing my drink that I obviously had a receipt for if she would of paid attention to the order she would’ve seen I paid 2 dollars for the drink but no it didn’t feel good getting accused of stealing no apologies nothing she just turned around and walked back in the store after I showed her the receipt thanks Malissa for ruining my dinner!!!i
Never eaten here, but I picked up a few doordash orders. They're pretty attentive and nice
So I ordered two pizzas in the app and I was supposed to get a free crazy bread/ sauce combo. When I went to the store to get said combo, I was told by a store employee that he didn’t know anything about the apps and that I would have to figure it out. When I asked him if anybody else in the back knew anything about the app that could maybe help, he told me they were all new and again that I would have to figure it out. So I just left without ordering anything. Next, I left a question looking for help in the app. Today I get a phone call from someone claiming to be the owner yelling at me telling me I was wrong for not figuring out the app myself. Honestly, you don’t get what you pay for anymore at Little Caesars but at least it’s usually good. The service is usually good and the stores are usually clean. Not in this case! And I can honestly say I’ve never had a restaurant owner be so condescending and rude. When calling you on your personal phone about a question you have on how to use their business services… Shame on you small business owner!
