Very slow service , it wasn't really packed or busy . There were plenty of workers . Ordered crazy bread but it was half raw and gave me serious heartburn

First picture is mine second picture is my boyfriends. Mine was raw! I'll be surprised if I don't get sick! But my boyfriends was cooked enough. So I don't know why mine wasn't cooked all the way. I also asked for extra onions and didn't get it. The only thing they got right was the light sauce. Waste of money. Only got food here because my brother was as well.

It didn't crack under pressure even with a brand new employee that looked lost
And a packed house the youngest looking employee (FEMALE) TOOK CHARGE if she's not the manager she should be

If you are going to fill the sauce cups half way, get smaller cups. Yeah, I mentioned it to the cashier. I got a blank stare and "have a nice day". Leeds AL.

Please lay off the garlic butter you put on the crazy bread, the last 4x we have been there i rotate the bread bag on the way home because one end is mush. All previous experience by a young gentleman at the counter around an earlier time has been pleasant and the food been what is expected other than the crazy bread. Today the poor cashier did fantastic but, bless her was stressed, pizza and bread didn't seem of usual quality. The bread was so mushy I threw it away, the hot and ready pizza seemed they sat for much longer than usual. In addition to a staff member telling a young gentleman to not answer the incoming calls of orders that showed the "quality" or "stress level" of the one individuals on staff or the overall management was poor and generating stress to the staff.

Best place between ft white and lake city always fresh pizza and great staff

Well, we've gotten pizza at this shop for over 20 years and WOW let me tell you what, something has changed between our last couple experiences here.
Last night we called in a special order to insure the pizza was piping hot. We got the "extra most bestest" but added stuffed crust. When we got home we noticed that 2 out of the 3 pizzas were burnt and tasted old even though I got to the shop before they said it would be ready.
It looked like someone took an old "extra most bestest" pizza and pulled the crust back, put cheese in it and recooked it.
Actually it tastes like that also.
4 out 5 of us had upset stomach afterwards also.
