Waited 40 minutes inside, drive thru was the only thing they cared about. Asked to see the manager twice and she sat on her butt in the office and refused to come out. When she finally did for a return she dismissed me instead helping a customer. Horrible service rude staff.

The absolute worst McDonald’s we’ve ever been to. We stopped on a road trip and had to water over 30 minutes for our food. Then they screwed up our order. Employees were walking around and didn’t seem to care. Also, the bathrooms were gross.

I went there today, Sunday 3 /16/25 at 1:50pm. It took 40 minutes in the drive through to get 2 cups of coffee and a cheese burger. Absolutely the worst service ever!

I went inside and placed a to go order for a sausage egg biscuit. It seemed simple enough, but it took 50 minutes to get my order handed to me and it was wrong. I had to go back in again and get it straightened out. Total time to get 1 sandwich was 1 hour. I will not make the mistake of going to that McDonald's again!

McDonald’s food is good and their FF the best, but since Covid the staffing is not up to par and it seems everytime I go something has been wrong or left out of my order plus you have to ask for condiments and that’s like pulling teeth . Come on it takes more than one pack of ketchup ! However it’s still good and I’m glad we have McDonald’s!! 😊

Waited 15 mins in the drive through without moving and 30 plus mins for our food after going inside with 10 plus people waiting on food. We had an appointment we were late for and still didnt have our food. I am assuming they were short staffed. We then went back to try and get our food I waited for 15 mins and didn't even talk to anyone. About 15 people were in the lobby waiting. I ended up never getting my food.

Sadly I must update this review for February 11, 2025, at approximately 9:48 pm Lake City FL. I ordered a Quarter Pounder w/Cheese using my reward points in the drive-thru. It was a single vehicle in front of me.
After about 7 minutes of waiting for that vehicle to be served, I pulled up to the delivery window. She asked me what I ordered and I said "A Quarter Pounder w/Cheese " She looked surprised and said No Way! The person in front of me received their order and mine.
I had to pull up and park. Waiting for over 10 more minutes I shut my vehicle off and went inside.
Waiting for several minutes for someone to notice me at the front counter area I mentioned that I was still waiting for my order.
They yelled back again to order a QP/Cheese. 24 minutes is what it took to finally receive my sandwich and be on my way.
It was bland tasting with no ketchup or mustard. I thought what a waste of my time and reward points. McDonald's Should go back the the original Quarter meat patties they used to serve before they switched to a new Patty around 2018
As a person who traveled nationally installing POS systems for McDonald's corporate and franchise stores with systems such as IBM, Panasonic, Javelin, and ICL/Fujitsu we focused on software and hardware that guaranteed quicker drive-thru times. The right bag right car, etc... I guess that system isn't a priority anymore as drive-thru times are terrible in many places today.
I love McDonald's Corporation but sad to see service suffering these days. Hire more people for front counter and prioritize the drive-thru times!
Is it too many Foo-Foo Coffee's and other time-consuming to make drinks/foods contributing to the long wait times?
Maybe get back to the basics that made you famous worldwide 🌐
Don't reinvent the burger...go back to the original products and ingredients/beef that allowed you to change your signs from millions to billions served.

One of the worst fast food places in town, long wait times no matter how busy they actually are and the staff does not care how badly they mess anything up or how much of your time they waste. I've literally had to stand around waiting thirty minutes for them to put a chicken sandwich in a bag so I can go. Both Arby's and Wendy's are within a block of this location and have much better food and service, go there instead.
