I took a group of 14 kids to McDonald's for lunch today. Miss. Ashley and her team were amazing. They took and made our order quickly and efficiently. My group was extremely happy with their experience. I would recommend THIS McDonald's any day of the week.

We ordered four bundles after waiting in line for a good while to place the order. I should have known my special requests could not be ready so quickly, but to prevent delay for others I left without checking (big mistake). We were missing two orders of nuggets, each sandwich was wrong, and the fries were not fresh. As if anything could be worse no one answered the phone for the rest of the evening. These experiences of huge disappointment prevent any desire for the nation's best French fries.

Corporate needs to contact this location immediately they had a major problem yesterday afternoon July 27th around 1:30p.m. Eastern. 20 people in the lobby cars wrapped around the entire store of the drive-thru... People waiting over an hour for food and then they wouldn't give any refunds when no one wanted their food because they don't have time to wait hence fast food is not fast.

We wanted a wuick stip but ut took very long. Not sure what happened. The satff was super nice and trying their best, you can tell they care but something went wrong today. Loved the kiddie zone!!
