I can't say enough positive about this location. The staff is AMAZING! We are traveling and have food allergies and they went above an beyond to ensure our kids safety. Most places Im lucky to not get dirty looks when I ask for gloves to be changed. But nope not here. They not only changed gloves, they got all new product, utensils and wiped the counter down. All staff washed hands and new gloves. I am thankful for this staff. Plus the bathrooms and whole resturant are super clean. Keep up the good work !!!!!

The manager Jerry has no customer service at all. I’ve tried and tried and every time I’m here something’s wrong. I used to come at nights and had great food and great customer service but the last couple times it’s been terrible so I tried lunch instead and I was met with an overwhelmed crew during lunch period and the manager sitting in her phone. I asked what the managers name was because all in all it’s on her. Her customer service is lacking and her support for her team even more. Sad to see moes going down hill.

My husband and I visited for dinner last night. Im not sure what's changed in the past week but this visit was horrible. We normally come evey Friday night our designated Moe's night. Normally we see the same people working and our food is always great the supervisor even knows my husband by name. I did not see him there however and our food still ended up being sub par. It tasted as if it had been sitting all day. The service was slow and just over all lack of customer service. Bring the normall crew back on and I hope we see it gets better next visit or Chipotle will be our new go to.

Came in this afternoon for the first time. In town visiting family. I must say this Moe’s is the cleanest one I’ve ever been to. I walked and received a friendly welcome to Moe’s, a young female built my delicious bowl. While grabbing my drink a supervisor was detailing the lemonade machine, he stepped out of my way to let me get the delicious blue lemonade you have! He asked me if I had everything I needed and even took my trash from my straw paper because I didn’t see a trash can! I mentioned being in town for family and how I was impressed to see a manager out detailing equipment. He even wished me a lovely time visiting!! Having managers who lead by example like that just shows lake city Moe’s is superior! Me and the whole fam will be coming back before I leave! Thanks Austen & team!
EDIT!! We went back because we had such a great experience only to find out that the supervisor who helped us last time had been LET GO!!??? I hope whoever owns this location sees this reviews edit. I don’t know the cause but I personally think it was mistake!! My visit this time was ten times worse. The line took forever and the place was just not running smooth. That’s the whole reason I asked if he was there to find out he was not. When you see a decline in business then you’ll see your mistakes. Cause this visit was not good!

First time going to Mo's residential had to order. Them that employees were awesome. They were very helpful and he gave a lot of suggestions. What's order the cashier was awesome She was such a sweetheart and made my experience. Very great thanks for the great customer service in my bow was the delicious
