Noble Roman's at SunStop

Pleasantly surprised by the pizza! Way better than what you normally get at a gas station! The store side is clean and stocked, nice staff, very clean restrooms.

I don't appreciate being pre judged that me and my 8 year old would steal something. that is very offensive to me. I get being cautious but the way the three acted while we were in there was over the top. because of that, you lost me getting a carton of smokes instead of just a single pack. also, if it weren't for you guys being the only store open at this time, I wouldn't have gone anyway because of the customer service I've had in the past! I decided to give another chance but that was very offensive. not only did I feel completely embarrassed but I also felt threatened being they called in a big mean looking girl to stand behind me and wait as if I was gonna run or something, really? what would she have done? chased me and tackled me over 55 dollars worth of items????. I do not need to steal anything much less 55 dollars worth of stuff on a Thursday night give me a literal break. I'll probably never be back there unless I HAVE to come in because of my job in the advertising business. I'm so mortified right now and that's something that either you need to maybe teach your employees or "coach" them on OR get different employees to work on the shifts where you think someone's gonna steal something. not sure but are you teaching them to. make a petite lady in her late 30's and her 8 year old son. feel threatened? I have to come in and do calls in the sunstops around here and surrounding areas and I've been shopping with sns for literally my entire life. you're talking about a lifelong customer and also someone who works along with you guys in the field to make things better for you and your associates. I get that that is a 24 hour store and you have to be on your toes but you should probably do it so that your customers do not feel pre judged as a criminal. I've never been arrested in my life and to make my son feel that way was uncalled for. it was brutally obvious and I will not subject me nor my son to that kind of behavior ever again. I should've told them to keep everything because that was honestly very degrading. that store is literally a block away from my home but I will drive to Branford Sunstop if I have to not to go in there anymore. I've had to do this before but this will be the last time I put up with that behavior because this time you did it to a child, my child. I don't appreciate it at all.

The people you have working for you. Have very bad customer service. You asked him a question they act like you are bothering them. I gave the cashier some money I told her I have a rewards card I would like to swipe it she told me it’s too late sorry for your luck

I was treated with the most disrespect that I have ever been treated at your store. First your associate was to busy to take my money he had to reveal his gas over his phone video chat. When I took my items to the next cashier. He told me that he could help me. And I replyed no that was ok he was to busy to help me. He then yelled at me and told me to shut my f****** mouth or he would shut it for me. He also informed me that he would gladly give me David and Christys number that he didnt care they would not do anything to him about it anyways. I then called Christy the store manager and she told me that all she could tell me is to call the number on the door and hung up.
