Hour before close, only 2 or 3 entrees available, 6 cars in line, completely out of orange chicken and already shut down the kitchen. Might want to change the closing time to 8:30.

Today I went and stopped by this location since I was in lake city again, and a lot of times when I’m in lake city my family loves to stop by Panda Express, we love the teriyaki chicken!! But today I was getting take out for my family, and I had doctors appointment, and I was tired and I just have to say April is truly a breath of fresh air!! She was so very welcoming, smiling and very pleasant to speak with, and the fact she said oh the change 3.33 is an angel number, automatically made me connect with her even more. She’s such a loving good soul!! It’s people like this that are so important to customer service and business, the ones who are greeting others with warm beautiful smiles, and a unforgettable personality whoever hired April, I think you made a amazing choice!!! Oh, and she says thankyou for existing, and it’s not something people hear all the time, and I think that’s just beautiful!!! People like April make this world a better place!!!

This place was not bad. Very courteous and smiling faces. The food was done on a timely manner. Would definitely come back again if we were to stop by again. The only thing they lack is cleaning the tables for anyone to eat and sit down to eat their food. We had to clean it ourselves.

Was in a random mood for panda express and this time I let the gentleman know that I was recording and that I didn’t appreciate the way that he was speaking to his response. Was he did not care and why was it so offensive?

When I pulled up to the speaker box because I can’t go into this place anymore, without being completely disrespected, he jumped over the young lady that was speaking to me to intentionally. Let me know that it was him on the other side.
I attached a video of our interaction at the window the mindset of trying to remain professional again just let him know that I thought it was rude and I didn’t appreciate the way that he was speaking to me. I filled out to have somebody contact me unfortunately nobody has contacted me from panda express.

Edit: the disrespect continues I walked in tonight 6/22/ 2024. To order my regular meal, thinking that this was a business. The scruffy man from the last review, his name Chris with a K. I was patiently waiting in line for the gentleman serving and Chris with a K appeared to have singled me out as he was not serving on this line to serve me my food. I said good morning as it is usually my morning at this hour he did not respond. He started serving me food and then immediately started pulling food back out and minimizing the portions. When I told him I appreciate it, but I’ve changed my mind. He started calling me ma’am again is now the second time that he’s intentionally called me ma’am. When I asked him what he said, he reiterated have a good day ma’am. Disgruntled, I said you too and left. I don’t understand how business with your manager standing not 10 feet away from you would allow this to happen knowing full well that they can hear each other as their mics on their earpieces light up when they’re talking to each other other. I would give this place zero stars if I could specifically for those two staff members. Being a prior restaurant manager, myself of several restaurants I would’ve never let my staff, regardless of the situation. Speak to customers like this. I could understand if I was being disrespectful to the individual where I as the manager would step in and kindly ask a customer to leave, but that is not the case here. I sent an email to corporate with no response. I will try other means communication. But apparently if you leave a bad review because you got bad service, you were going to continuously get put down if you ever walk back into the restaurant.

I typically come here 3 to 4 times a week with no issues. This is definitely been one of my go to places, but the atmosphere and environment has gone down recently and there’s one scruffy employee that just has the worst customer service doesn’t care about what you have to say. Doesn’t read your instructions on the tickets when you place a mobile order when you say something to them in person, you don’t get an apology you don’t get. I understand you get nothing. He just struggles his shoulders and walks away. After your cash transaction is complete him and one other person in here couldn’t care less about what you have to say or think heaven forbid you have a problem. You get treated like a nuisance. Again, I’ve been coming here 3 to 4 times a week for the past nine months. But I may have to find somewhere new to go because I refuse to be treated disrespectfully and give them money. This particular guy can’t even greet you at the register. He just sits there and looks at you.

Do not have a receipt. I came sometime last week and ordered a three entrée dish and got a one entrée dish. When I called back upon getting home, I was told by the store manager that he would take my name down and I could come back and get it replaced. He did not tell me I needed a receipt. This week I come in and go through the drive-through to claim this and the individuals in the drive-through tell me they called the manager and can’t do anything and then proceeded to laugh at me, with one individual making a “womp wha” sound. I then went through the drive-through and waited at the window embarrassingly and the window. No one came out. I parked and went inside. Upon going inside the individual who made the noise apologize while rolling his eyes in another person behind the counter was laughing at me. I asked him what was so funny and he just looked at me and gave a blank smile and said I apologize. I feel very embarrassed and feel very disrespected and shocked at the behavior of these two individuals.
