Great food and staff. Just wish they would be better prepared for the lunch rush. Seem to always be out of popular dishes during the lunch hour. But it doesn't take them long to prepare a new batch and it's better than food sitting there getting stale I guess.

Ordered 5 items totaling almost $40. Arrived home to find they had left out the apple roll dessert. Tried to call and no one would even bother to answer the phone.

I showed up at 8:55 to order food to go and the door was closed the manager looked at me and looked away. And checked their hours they close at 9:30pm i drive a truck with the trailer i couldnāt get my order through the drive thru. If anyone from the corporate see this you need to set a new rules about closing time.it was the lady with the black shirt and black hat

Well let's start with at 7 pm literally everything in the food holders was empty but 2 items and the cooks in back thought it's funny that everyone is waiting. They literally walked around and looked at all the empty food trays and laughed Also waited at the counter for near 10 minutes while everyone walked by without even asking if I needed help. Let's say I walked out. So the workers were extremely lazy and manger on duty was more worried about other things Than taking care of the customers. Now this is definitely not the first time it's been exactly this way. So steer clear of this nasty place

Manager is rude. There was no rice no chicken no vegetables no nothing. They said give them 5 to 6 minutes and they will have noodles done I did not get my playlte until 30 minutes later. Manager just gave me a look and didn't even say sorry about that or anything and I told them I was going to be late for work. Unprofessional manager and very rude. Don't tell your customers it's going to take five or six minutes to make noodles when you go and put five or six other things out and do that the last and you don't even get your meal to 30 minutes later with nobody even being inside the diner.
The interior is as nice as can be expected at Panda Express which is to say the have typically good standards. The bathrooms are clean as we're most tables. The kitchen was in a rush with high volume orders when I arrived but they kept the lines moving in the drive thru and inside. The food was plentiful as always and still hot and tender with product moving quickly. I will be back when I have the next American style Chinese food craving.

For one they NEVER prep enough food. Thereās always a 10-15 minute wait for the most popular food items. Then when they gave us our food and it was WRONG, because they didnāt give us what we ordered and they gave us someone elseās food, that we didnāt pay for, they tried to argue with us. Poor staff. Poor management. Just poor.

My daughter purchased a orange chicken & fried rice bowl for my dinner; I was very dissatisfied because the rice was not cooked well and was crunchy! I called to inform the manager and was told that the rice was fine, but I could replace it if I came back tonight! I asked for her name and she refused to give her name and hung up! I have purchased many meals from this location and several times Iāve been disappointed but never rated the service, but tonight they lost me as a customer!

I am the ārude managerā, Iām sorry you had such a horrible experience with us. Laci, the ānot so smart cashierā took care of you from the start and tried to scan your rewards and do as much as she could before you caught an attitude & when you called for a manger, I also tried to enter your phone number, and have you scan rewards multiple times, there is only so much we can do, you are not behind the register so you cannot see what we see. You did not ask for free drinks, you said āgo ahead and take those off and just give them to me since my rewards are not workingā. I canāt just do what you say, this is MY JOB. Iām sure you are old enough to know about being kind, why couldnāt you just do that? Iām sure you can ask all of our customers and they will say that, TEAM PANDA ALWAYS takes care of all of our customers. All we ask, is to be human like us, this is our job and we love this town and the people in it but we are just like everyone else here, so treat us as such.
We hope you come back with a better attitude and understand of our job here in this town.

The service was horrible. I went there on Nov 18th at 6:30. There was no food available. They said it would be a 15-minute wait for what I wanted. So I settled with some other choices. I had a reward, and the not so smart check out girl couldn't get the reward to work. I asked for a manager. The check out girl started to whisper to the manager, and i said, "No reason to whisper it is not a secret, you can't work the register." The rude manager got he reward to work and then pressed a button, and it disappeared. She was not trained to figure it out. She said, "Too bad it will not work." I asked if I could get my sodas for free since she could not work the register. She told me no. I asked her why, and she just said she couldn't. I am wondering what happened to customer service š¤. I went to Dairy Queen instead. If the manager has a little bit of since, I would not be posting this. I love the food, BUT the service was HORRIBLE

Only reason Iām not 100% upset is because of the young lady who tried to help but breaking down most of the store that early is crazy to me. I put in a mobile order at 8 when they close at 930, I get here and I sit at the drive through window for 7 minutes with no response then Iām told thereās a wait and I wait 10 minutes then I go inside at 845 and theyāre breaking everything down as if there were no customers
