I bought 3 large pizzas Friday night. Two of them were perfect the 3rd was a huge disappointment. It was supposed to be The Meats. It was almost 1/2 without meat. I called and told the manager about it and he offered for me to bring it back and he would remake it. It's Friday, traffic is bad, my brood was hungry and i didn't have time to drive back. Although he was nice enough to offer to remake it, I would have appreciated a discount or a store coupon. Disappointing. đ

So my pregnant daughter ordered like a calzone best way to describe it, from here just a few min ago. We'll, she went to take a bite a bunch of hair from what looks like to be black hair all up in her food. Called the store and they said we have to contact the deliver app she used,. However everything was sealed and taped up no tampering or nothing. So the store is not trying to fix it or nothing!!! Ewwww come on guys!!! This is gross and not trying to fix the problem is even wkrst!!!

Do you not order online. Paid for a stuffed crust and the online order came with original crust so I just wasted money and never even got my stuff crust when I called the store she told me I had to bring the pizza that I had delivered back to her while I'm at work...... Make it make sense......

Delivery driver, very rude cousin and throwing his hands up because he couldn't find the correct address when he pulled up to my house and asked did I order anything I told him no I did not. Then he got irate cousin and throwing his hands up as he was leaving out of my driveway. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Got all these on my surveillance camera with the AUDIO a picture of him his car and tag number.

They can't seem to cut pizzas the way you order it. 4 times in a row and they can't get it right. You get ignored when you go to pick up your pizza and management is non-existent.

Papa toke my card 2 times it cost me $100 for 2 crusty papa dias and some old oil cooked wings with some half assed Buffalo sauce from a Walmart shelf and doesn't even have interest in trying to correct the issue THEIVES!!!!!!

Love the pizza from here but a little bothered that when I say extra pineapple, I never get my extra pineapple đ I know one worker told me they are searching for delivery drivers and that's why sometimes they have to go through door dash. I definitely enjoyed the pizza, I never get sick from here. Other pizza place, I get sick.

Better ingredients, better pizza? I donât think so. Not only is your call outsourced outside of the US, but your delivery driver doesnât work for Papa Johnâs either! If you are boycotting DoorDash, just go ahead and forget about this âpizza restaurantâ. The quality of food has gone back to what it was before they changed it. I imagine the people working there enjoy having little contact with the outside world, so good for them.
Customer service on Monday was terrible. They made a mistake with the pizza and said that they was unable to fix it. I had to go to another pizza place.

I went for a carry out today. Walked up to the counter and stood there for about 7-8 minutes before anyone walked to the front. I patiently waited for the young lady to say âmay I take your order?â She stood there staring at me. Then I said can I place an order. She rolled her eyes and was tapping the counter with her nails. I looked around for a camera because I thought I was being punked. I said âIs there something wrong?â She asked I donât know is there? At which point I walked out. Iâll never go back.

I was hesitant with all the bad reviews. Ordered on the app, was ready in less than 15 minutes. Food was great, as good as any papaâs weâve had.
