Order two pizzas and wings, one of the pizzas were undercooked with really gooey dough. The pizza was not edible. Some with customer service chat and nothing immediately done to correct the experience. Not sure if I should order from there again

Horrible customer service, wanted to remove an item off my order and woman at the window claimed the item would go to waste with an attitude demeanor. Shouldnât work in fast food if you canât have good customer service

I called food in waited for 2 hours for it to show come to find out they got rid of delivery drivers now they only do door dash and I paid almost 50 bucks......I called and cancelled I will never go back to pizza hut again

The food itself is good, bit not good enough to drive to the other side of town and not have their discounts honored. Where my issue is after three or four attempts to use their online app to find out the order was never made once I arrive to pick up my order. I started just driving up to the drive-in window and placing my order. I found out today that they will not honor the online pricing (Deal Loverâs Menu)even though their app does not work to order online. There are plenty of other pizza places on the west side of town that do honor online pricing in the event of issues.
After finding out, the pizza was over twice as expensive without the advertise special, I brought it up to the manager, who made it right, but they still need to fix the app
So I just ordered a pizza for me and my children. They sent it through DoorDash and instead of one of their deliveries. I guess because their delivery is behind. So they go through DoorDash so I pay with my card. And then the DoorDash says I owe the money. The door Dasher does not speak english so I had to send my pizza back. This is very unacceptable. My kids were so ready to eat there đ pizza

JUST ordered a pizza, cinnarolls and pizza breadsticks, the food is so good and the driver was amazingly kind and got here so fast we barely realized he had arrived! Unfortunately ordered it for later in the day and the website wouldnt let me leave a tip, we dont carry cash either, but i swear we wouldve given a 20$ tip or over. we still might some time. my bf says was a white guy with muttonchops but all i know was he was super nice over the phone to me! 10/10 thank you guys!

I ordered a pizza at 7:50pm. Picked up at 8:30pm. Got the pizza home and the pizza was dry as if they gave me an old pizza that was sitting for at least an hour. Just got off the phone with Pizza Hut. She told me there is nothing she can do for me because I didnât call after my complaint. I told her I was tired because of work and life events. So, please everyone. Look at your order before you leave. And also call if you have a complaint the same night. My lesson is I wonât be ordering from Pizza Hut at all anymore.
