Cute place. Staff friendly. Bread for my sandwich: Hard as a rock. Expensive for a brick sandwich and a little bit of Mac and cheese and a drink. Couldn’t eat the bread seriously. Sandwich with one side and a drink and tip was 22 bucks.

I went in to get a quick sweet snack and a coffee. I had no idea what I wanted and the staff was phenomenal. Every person there was extremely kind and extremely sweet. I will be going back to order more food and try more of a coffee. I could not give a higher rating even if I wanted to. They were amazing and the coffee and my carrot cake is extremely good as well.

We were on a road trip and stopped to have lunch. Nice place, clean and staff was helpful and friendly. Lots of interesting cold beverage options and coffees. If you are in the Lake City, FL area definitely give this place a try.

I had my contacts in this morning and it affects my up close vision. I quickly ordered my coffee online and did not realize until I got to the location on 247 that I ordered at the 47 location. I was not going to ask them to fix my mistake, it was just going to be a loss because I was headed to work. The very nice ladies offered to make it for me and called the other store to let them know. I just want to say thank you because they were so kind and really made my already frustrating day.
Its 2pm on monday. Only myself and one other customer are in the building.... customer service is nonexistent and waiting time is now at 25min. Who's in charge here?

I am remiss to write such a poor review. It started out as 5/5 because the food itself is delicious! And the red-headed barista was beyond kind and amazing. That’s where it ends. We ordered potato salad online and apparently this location doesn’t have that, they gave us fries as a substitute. When we asked to instead have mac and cheese and gave the fries back, they made us pay for the mac and cheese. And when that took forever we decided it would just be easier to get a refund and get back on the road. No mac and cheese and no refunds. As for the service from the other members working, they couldn’t have looked more miserable to be there. We had gone in to get coffee and it took about 8 minutes for someone to come to the counter with a “Has someone come to help you yet?” with quite a bit of disdain, as if we inconvenienced her. Once again, the red-headed barista was amazing and tried to help as she could while it appeared to be she was running the whole front - quite literally running to work the register and the bar with 6 people behind us. I say all this and yet I could not recommend the food enough, salads and wraps were phenomenal, and they were attentive to add a special request on one of the items which was appreciated. Bathroom signs and ambiance/aesthetic was so cute too!
