I am remiss to write such a poor review. It started out as 5/5 because the food itself is delicious! And the red-headed barista was beyond kind and amazing. That’s where it ends. We ordered potato salad online and apparently this location doesn’t have that, they gave us fries as a substitute. When we asked to instead have mac and cheese and gave the fries back, they made us pay for the mac and cheese. And when that took forever we decided it would just be easier to get a refund and get back on the road. No mac and cheese and no refunds. As for the service from the other members working, they couldn’t have looked more miserable to be there. We had gone in to get coffee and it took about 8 minutes for someone to come to the counter with a “Has someone come to help you yet?” with quite a bit of disdain, as if we inconvenienced her. Once again, the red-headed barista was amazing and tried to help as she could while it appeared to be she was running the whole front - quite literally running to work the register and the bar with 6 people behind us. I say all this and yet I could not recommend the food enough, salads and wraps were phenomenal, and they were attentive to add a special request on one of the items which was appreciated. Bathroom signs and ambiance/aesthetic was so cute too!

I’m going to start by saying I never complain about restaurant’s service or food because I know it is a very tough to do, but this place has got to get better. The food was decent, BUT we had to wait an hour and 30 min to get a burger, sandwich and a salad for lunch. Then, once we got our food the order was wrong (no cheese due to one being lactose intolerant). And for the price of $65 dollars you would think it would have been at the very least a tolerable at meal but it wasn’t even close. Sorry but I don’t have almost 2 hours to eat a mediocre lunch.

So disappointed. I ordered a Reuben sandwich from the drivethru. When i got home I discovered I had a roast beef sandwich with a slice of cheese and maybe sauerkraut? There was so little that I couldn’t tell what it was. Corn nuggets were good. Got a few fries mixed up in them. Bonus?

I got the Blazin Saddles Burger and it was delicious. It was exactly as spicy as I like. I also had an issue with my cup having a hole in it, but Rachael helped me out and got me a new cup. I'll definitely be coming back.
Very good breakfast sandwiches. Very southern style Biscuits and everything made from scratch. Top tier!

We use to really enjoy this place a year and a half. 2 years ago before we moved. Went today while visiting family. Got a large coffee that was filled to the brim with Ice and the coffee was an inch and a half lower than the ice. Then had to wait at the drive through window for almost 20 minutes for my food. A simple wrap. And it didn’t even taste as good as I remembered them being. Oh and it was 21 and some change. For an iced coffee and a wrap. Smh

Definitely a quaint little place, not too busy at all. Good selection. Ordered a bacon cheddar burger and it was brought out without the bacon but that was remedied quickly. The milkshake wasn't thick at all but it had a good flavor. The girl at the counter was really nice as was our server! All in all it was a nice lunch!
