I was terribly disappointed. Our server was very nice but had a ready list of excuses for the lack of biscuits and draft beer, and the cocktail that never showed up. The crab stuffed mushrooms came out quick and were very good, once we got appetizer plates and we had wiped off our silverware with our napkins. When I got the lobster and shrimp linguine that I had ordered it was crispy on top from sitting under heat and the lobster was not good. For a $99+ check we left $105. Very disappointed.

We enjoyed a wonderful meal at Red Lobster today. We ate outside with our small dog Bella. It was a day to remember. We enjoyed an appetizer of scollops wrapped in bacon and a main course of Lobster tail shrimp scampi. The food was prepared to perfection. I give it the highest rating possible. Our server, Monica, was truly outstanding. She has a very positive welcoming attitude. She made us feel like honored guests. She helpful suggestions which enhanced our experience. At a time when restaurants are going out of business. I hope Red Lobster in Lake City does not meet this fate! The food is truly amazing!

The Red Lobster in Lake City pleasantly surprised us. After dinning at several other locations we were losing our luster for one on our favorite restaurants... but Lake City changed our minds. We were seated promptly by thehostess Rain. Our server Jordan provided likely the best service we have had in our lives. He had extensive knowledge of the menu and recommended the crabby stuffed mushrooms( which were excellent) along with great accompanying cocktails. After the great meal, the manager Ariel came and checked in with us and made us feel even more at home. She had amazing people skills and was simply a joy to conversate with. Amazing 👏 keep it up.
Pretty great experience overall! The highlight of the night was Aerial and her crew! excellent service and made the most of this experience as the not only was our table order done right and fast.

When we first arrived we waited 20 minutes at the hostess stand, before I called red lobsters phone number, to ask them to come seat us. Then when we were seated we were given no silver ware. When it was time to order, they brought us burnt biscuits, and no straws. Our waitress was not the most polite and rarely checked on us. I do not normally leave bad reviews, however I thought it was imperative I did this time.
