Now there may be many who disagree and if so you can write your own review. This is mine. Say I’m a veteran, I am, and I order a $7 drink, I get 10% off any day. That 10% equals $.70 cents. If I’m a student or teacher or city employee or medical professional or first responder or clergy or whatever family day means, I have a special day when I get 50% off. So that’s $3.50. In order for me, the veteran, to save $3.50 I have to spend $35. I appreciate you giving 50% off to all those wonderfully deserving groups but as a Veteran, I’m not going to spend that much money to save $3.50. And I’m insulted that you feel I should. Your drinks are very nice and overall not as expensive as the industry standard, but to me it’s not worth the slap in the face. FYI, Lake City has a Veterans Hospital and a Veterans domiciliare. $7 50% = $3.50 10% = $.70 x 5 = $3.50 $7 x 5 = $35.00

Rude as hell. Walked into the establishment and said we are closed due to her moping. I said so your closed? No go thru the drive thru. Proceeded to go thru the drive thru and told us they were out of peanut butter. If I was the owner of the manger I would want to know how poorly the customer service is at this location. Trying to close an hour early.

The only reason I say 3 starts is I went in today and this girl took forever compared to the usual I waited 30 minutes for my smoothie would still recommend

Always a bad service experience coming here. Inside or on the drive-through, the wait is 15+ minutes even with little customers. Had issues where my drink is given to the wrong person, wrong drinks made, just genuinely don't recommend this location.

They heavily underblended my smoothie huge chunks of ice and protein powder was not able to use straw had to chew. Tropical smoothie has never done me like this. Absolutely ridiculous.

Stopped in for a smoothie with my husband and the service was great. Kelsey was whipping up a couple of different flavor combinations and they were amazing. Rainy and Omari never stopped their service as busy as this store was. Good job guys
