Sonic has went absolutely down hill. Waited almost 10 minutes at the speaker and when the lady finally answered she answered with an attitude. Then we waited 45 minutes for the lady to come cash us out and then waited an extra 20 minutes for our food. (we were the only people in line btw) would NOT recommend this joke of a restaurant to anyone. This has happened to us the past 3 times we’ve been here.

I've tried going here around 4 times and only got food twice. Last time, I waited at the loud speaker for a while and no one said anything. So, I pulled up to the side and still no one came up to me. I just ended up going to stake and shake instead.
Horrible service sat at the speaker for for 12 minutes pressed the button twice before anyone answered me just to find out i couldn't get the shakes I wanted because they were out of ice cream apparently an hour and a half before closing even though I saw them shuffle several shakes out before answering me don't know if they cleaned the ice cream machine early on purpose so they can leave quicker when they close if so that's bad for business.
