Kiosk ordering ONLY. Even for eat- in. Got the Frisco burger. It was ok. One person roaming dining room to help. Not busy. Self- serve drinks. Refills only if you scan your receipt. Probably won't go again.
Parking: Staff was helpful but you really get no service.

Horrible !!! All kiosk ordering , you have to have a scan code to get a drink. Absolutely ridiculous, will never go back here. It was clean , and people were friendly but every customer was not happy about kiosk situation!!! Take it back to the ok steak and shake and I’ll come back. They even ask for a tip on the kiosk , what’s the tip for ? I did all the button pushing , got my drink , and condiments , then went to get my food when my name was called . Service is gone !!!!

Ordered food got my drink and waited for food which took a while for it being so empty and when I got it I left and when I checked my food my large fry was barely even over the first edge of the container. Feels like I got scammed out of my side and it wasn’t even hot. The burger was good though.

The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 star is because the workers there are super friendly. It's been over a year since I've been to steak and shake and this last visit will probably be my last. I knew about the kiosks so that wasn't a big of a deal. They said they were out of onions (somehow my boyfriend ended up getting onions on his hamburger anyways lol) and they said they were out of honey mustard. My chicken tenders were super rubbery and the french fries had no flavor to them. My mom and my boyfriend said their hamburgers were super greasy. Also now you have to scan a QR code to get your drinks. When we went to get refills my drink was only half way gone and I only got like 1/4 of soda after scanning the QR code.
