Ordered what I order at every subway. Its the #21. I paid for double the chicken. I did not get it... I asked for heavy onions and green peppers... did not get them. My son's sandwhich was the same for heavy onions and his had the same as mine. Yall sure know how to screw people out of money for things they pay for. I will never come back here. I wish I didn't have to give it one star...

I placed an online order at this Subway location under my mom’s name, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with the brand. We ordered two sandwiches — a 6-inch tuna sub and a foot-long rotisserie chicken sub — and when we got home, we were shocked by how poorly they were made.
My sandwich had no cheese, barely any lettuce, and just TWO tomatoes on the entire foot-long. It wasn’t toasted like I requested, and the bread was not fresh. There was so little chicken that it looked like I was just holding bread. I took one bite and couldn’t eat the rest.
My mom’s sandwich was just as bad — wrong bread, barely any of the extras she asked for, and almost no tuna. Her bread was crumbly and dry. We were both extremely disappointed.
I called the store right away, hoping for a resolution. The employee and manager I spoke with were incredibly rude and defensive. The manager even asked if I wanted video proof like I was lying. I explained that I couldn’t easily return to the store because I don’t have reliable transportation and asked if they could remake the sandwich or send it through DoorDash. He said no, unless I paid for it again.
So now I’m out the money and a meal I never got to enjoy. I have pictures of the sandwich to prove it, and I’ve never been treated so poorly by a business. I won’t be returning to this location — and unless this is made right, I may be done with Subway altogether.

I went to get a footlong nachos and the man filled it up half way. Not only that he also skimped me on everything else my sandwich barely had lettuce or anything else I wanted.
I ordered on line and all I have to say is I will never return ever. Rude people. Rude service. Gross quality. These were all pro chicken teriyaki. Wtfh. When I called ask and see what happened he blamed me. And was a horrible person. Warm veggies. And Hard bread. My girl later told me the tuna daily sandwich special was so gross she didnt eat it. I didnt oniw till later. The dirty restaurant and gross tables. We should have known. Bye bye who cares you still got our money.

This place is always closed 30 minutes before time with the workers just hanging out with open sign on!
Worst subway experience ever. Both employees were rude. One of the two was all up on me and my friends trying to stock chips almost to the of pushy, like we were in his way. And the there kept asking us the same questions over and over if he wasn't so busy talking shit in Hindi he might have heard us the first time. But I'm not leaving this bad review for and of these reasons I'm leaving it because when I asked for more Olives he had gotten a rude tone and was very sort "NO I AREADY GAVE YOU EXTRA OLIVES". Now I don't know if policy has changed form when ever I worked at Subway, but everything on the vedgy bar was "free" after the purchase of bred and meat. I shouldn't have bought that dam sandwich but was hungry.

I stopped in at this location today to order a footlong sub. I ordered a club with double meat. Some of the tomatoes looked a bit sketchy and the lettuce was brown, but I was hungry so I continued with my order. At the register, the man that waited on me tried to charge me for 2 foot-long sandwiches. When I said something to him about it, he adjusted the order and added the cost of double meat TIMES 3! HE TRIED TO CHARGE ME OVER $30 FOR ONE SANDWICH! I walked out and will never return. This is my first impression of the area. To the manager of this location: Please hire some people that don't have a mouth full of rotting teeth. It gives a bad first impression. They tried to scam the wrong person. I always leave reviews, for good or bad. By the way, I went right down the road and ate a wonderful meal of soup, salad, and breadsticks at Olive Garden. Total cost including a very generous tip: @22.93 Subway can stick that foot-long where the sun doesn't shine. ?

Lake City, FL. Healthy low-cal options brought me here. It’s in a gas station with 30-minutes parking or your “car will be towed at owner’s expense” signs up. Inside are a couple signs saying “No loitering.” Courteous service. My picky husband loved his baked club sandwich (pepperoni, roast beef, turkey, provolone, spinach, black olives) and my veggie sub tasted great. The place was clean. The gas station bathrooms were old but clean.
Very disappointed, went up there with my boyfriend because we had coupons because the one by me didn't take them and the guy that made the subs made it very thin barely enough toppings on my sandwich looked small as heck usually a 6-inch would fill me up and I got a footlong and I had to eat both just to fill up, waste of money I will never go back
The store is poorly designed and has very bad customer service. The people working there could barely speak English and there was a smell of something dead in the air. They wouldn’t let me see the ingredients and when I told them what I want they wouldn’t listen and would mumble under their breath instead of actually doing their job. They would put the wrong condiments and on top of that they charged me 42 dollars for 2 sandwiches that made me start praying on the toilet.
