First time here and cant wait to go back already! Lovely lovely people. My daughter was able to try all the smoothie bowl flavors before ordering. Loved the ambience and friendly atmosphere. And the food options are varied and obviously delicious! Love it!

The Sprouted Spoon is my go-to spot in Lake City for lunch and a comfortable remote office! The location is super convenient, and the atmosphere is perfect—quiet, quaint, and comfortable. The service is always friendly and welcoming, making it a great place to settle in for a meal or get some work done.

One of my favorite things about this place is their menu—every single item is a clever music pun, which never fails to make me smile. And speaking of music, their playlist is always on point, adding to the relaxed yet upbeat vibe.

If you’re looking for a great spot with delicious food, a fun and creative menu, and a peaceful ambiance, The Sprouted Spoon is a must-visit! Highly recommend.

Very nice and quite little cafe. Got the potatoe soup and Nutella covered bagels. Very nice staff and extremely tasty food. Cute homey vibe.

This was such a pleasant surprise. After a long road trip from up North coming back home to Central Florida, we decided to look for a healthier option and gave our kids a break from the long trip. I loved the menu and hoped that the taste matched and it absolutely did. They even have a little kid area in the back with games that was wonderful for the kiddos. There were so many options on the menu that we wanted to try, but so little time. Everything we ordered was absolutely sublime. I wish we had one of these locally because it would be an instant family favorite. It's definitely worth the slight detour off the main highway for a delicious meal. Absolutely recommend!!!

Kid-friendliness: Great little area in the back for kids to play games and color.

Hubby and I came here for a quick bite to eat. Prices are decent and the food here is really good. I loved their raspberry smoothie bowl.

At first I thought the place was expensive but after getting a couple things the food was great and well worth the money. Very homie and kid friendly. Homemade and family owned and very nice people

Loved this place. It was exactly what I was looking for when I came into town. It’s so refreshing to come to a restaurant that serves actual food!

Had breakfast here. I ordered waffles- turns out they are rolled in a burrito. The fresh strawberries are nice- but “breakfast syrup” has first ingredient of high fructose corn syrup. No, just no. My husband had the southwest breakfast burrito which was “acceptable.”

Very very friendly staff and amazing açaí and teriyaki bowl! The lady was even super nice and patient with this older lady that was being rude. I would definitely come her again! Nice place to come and work or study.

Took the wife for lunch while Christmas shopping. Was pleasently surprised by all the options. I got the chili, it was quite good. At $6 for a bowl, I know I'll be back again!

Not worth your time or money. We never eat out but my wife bought an 1/2 price $25 coupon from wcjb be our guest. We ordered Ham and Cheese Croissant and Bacon Egg and Cheese Croissant. Wow it's hard to describe how bad it was. I took pictures of the Ham and Cheese Croissant it is 3 slices of ham and a piece of cheese plain jane ham. it's not even close to be worth $7.99 but they could make it better with little help. First toast the Croissant longer put some color on it, next offer a slice of tomato on it and put a little sear on the ham. Take a look at my pictures and see the improvement.
