I went in looking for a natural antibiotic and Levi was so helpful, he reached out a few weeks later to check if everything worked like I wanted and made sure we were happy! 10/10 customer service, thanks y’all :)

This review is for the Gainesville location only. Been a customer here for over 6 yrs and love their extensive stock of supplements, vitamins, and healthy limited grocery brands. Staff is always on the ball and friendly. The manager of the store is very knowledgeable of her products she sells. Store is clean and well stocked and maintained. Be advised that they are not the cheapest in their pricing but these days in our present economy nothing is. Overall 5 stars!

The selection is good, that's where the positivity in this review ends. The staff are a nightmare, one of the women there is up your a$$ the second you walk in but is clueless about anything health wise. This review though, is about the guy that works there. He upsells which is fine but he also talks, a lot, and it's uncomfortable when you're trying to check out. He looked at my reciept to read my name from the credit card so he could comment on my name and who I may have been named after (he was wrong) and then he asked if my wife and I were mother and daughter, when we said no, instead of dropping it he said......sisters? It was so violating honestly. Probably am not going back.

Met the owner and the staff as well everybody was exceptionally helpful and friendly can't thank them enough as I was passing through and didn't think a place like this would be here!!And the products that I needed really could only come from a store like this not a GNC and definitely not a Walmart or some other store!!Highly recommend this place if you're local and if you're passing through like me I recommend it even more so!!

I love this place! Shelby is always a huge help when I’m having a hard time deciding on a product. I do wish they had more baby products though!

I am very dissatisfied with the service that I received from Shelbi E. She made what should've been an easy and simple transaction, difficult and very unpleasant. I went to the store with the intention of being credited the $2.00 I was overcharged 10 days prior. The price in the store was listed as $11.99, but I was charged $13.99. I didn't notice this until I got home. I gave the store a call the next day and spoke with a gentleman. He could not locate the item in store at the time, but said he was sorry that that happened and all I had to do was bring the item back and it would be taken care of. Fast forward ten days later, January 29th. I go into the store and speak with a lady who I now know as Shelbi E. I've seen her in the store before, and after this encounter I remembered there was another day she rubbed me the wrong way, but anyway ... I tell her the same thing I told the gentleman on the phone, "If I'm not mistaken the price of the item is $11.99, but I was charged $13.99." Without any investigation, she tells me that the price I was charged is their/the right price and then goes on about their pricing system; basically saying that the price in their system is correct. She's on the phone at this time, so I go to locate the item within the store. She gets off the phone and follows me saying that they have a lot of products and sometimes children move things around. With a quick scan, I find the item and point out to her the $11.99 price label. She removes the label from the shelf and we walk back to the register counter where she maintains that the price is $13.99, writes an x through the $11.99 on the label, and a few seconds later rips it up and throws it in the trashcan. I say to her that she has to honor the price that is advertised. She says to me, " I wasn't advertising anything." What a snooty comment. She knew exactly what I meant, but I didn't address the comment, and basically explained that the price of the item is the price on the label. Take note that I haven't communicated anything rudely to her. She asked me if I wanted a refund and I told her no that I just wanted to be credited the $2.00 that I was overcharged, as I wanted to keep my product. Mind you, I've purchased this product from this store before. She tells me that I was not overcharged and goes on again about their pricing system. I explain to her that if the price is listed as $11.99 and I'm charged 13.99, that's overcharged. She makes a comment to the effect of, "Well excuse us for being humans (or a small business) and making a mistake." I didn't say this at the time, but why do I have to pay for your mistake? And this "mistake" has been ongoing in your store for at least 10 days without correction. She says to me "I think I have a dollar in my purse," then begins to fumble through her purse. I tell her it's $2.00. She says, "Oh my God," as if I am getting on her nerves and opens the register drawer. I respond, "yeah, oh your God," because at this point I am upset by that rude comment. She asks me again if I want a full refund and I tell her I would prefer to have the $2.00, but if that's what she wants to do then ... She tells me, "whatever makes you happy," which was so untimely and insincere, and then gives me the $2.00 in quarters. Tell me this. Why would you go looking through your purse for ONE dollar, when I've already clearly established before that it's two dollars and then act like I'm frustrating you when I repeat to you the correct amount? Also, why keep asking me if I want a return when at this time you have a no return policy? (I didn't notice this on the receipt until later this day at home, as someone circled it). I asked her for her name, as I did not see it on her shirt. She tells me she's the owner, comes from around the counter with an extended hand and says her name is Shelbi. I shook her hand, although reluctantly. I later discovered that she
