Ever since the last owner sold it and they remodeled this location has seriously gone downhill. I would never post a negative review before I gave the business a chance to make it right with me. So...Saturday I went in to the dining room to order because the drive through line was wrapped around the building. I walked to register, I waited a minute ot two, no one acknowledged me or came to take my order so I ordered ay the kiosk, they were busy, no big deal. There was one group of 10 in the dining room, which had many dirty tables, a messy drink station and the condiments weren't stocked. Five or six more people came in, same thing, walked to register, waited, no one said anything, people stood there for quite a while, I told them "hey, you might want to use the kiosk." The 2 employees on the drive through kitchen line were arguing about how long they took their break and that they needed to keep working because they still had a couple hours left on their shift. The drive through cashier was leaned over the counter on her cell phone for at least a 4 or 5 minute span while the drive through order was made. At this point, I had been there over 10 minutes, the group of 10 still hadn't received their food, and one of the people from earlier didnt understand the kiosk and they just stood at the register for SO long and no one ever acknowledged them. The manager wasnt directing workflow, rather she was pointing out some nitpicky detail about some cleaning procedure, while she was trying to also make the dining room orders with another employee. I eventually got my food 24 minutes later. I checked the bag quickly and just counted the number of items and left. Once I got home, my bean burrito had half finished beans...I say finished because they use dehydrated bean mixture they add hot water too...I worked there, I know....but mine weren't finished. The dehydrated bean chunks and the water was separated in my burrito. Also the 3 soft tacos I got for my son had super greasy oily beef, hard parts in the soft taco shells, water-logged lettuce and some small slivers of cheese. I had 3 other menu items and they were also sub-par, cold, or had unfinished bean mixture.
I asked for a refund as none of my order was edible but my Baja Blast Freeze but I said they could keep that money.
They offered to remake my order but I dont trust them to make me edible food. I wrote their corporate office.

Did a mobile order while sitting in the parking lot their timing was good. Didn’t take long at all but the food that I ordered was two crunch wraps two chicken quesadillas four soft tacos and two nachos. The only thing that was OK was the tacos the crunch wraps let’s just say they are… sog wraps The chicken quesadilla maybe had four pieces of chicken in it and they give you maybe a half of ladle of dip for your nachos very disappointing do better, Taco Bell pls
I would not recommend eating at the Taco Bell located on Highway 90 in Lake City, FL. This is my 3rd time in the past month coming here and they’ve either forgotten most of my order or given out the wrong order. Tonight was my last straw! I spent almost $50 for them to only give out 2 of the 8 things I ordered. I shouldn’t have to drive 15 minutes back to your establishment for the rest of my food, but my fault for not checking the bags. ??♀️ Do better Taco Bell! Until then I will not be ordering here!

We stopped here last night around 10 p.m, frankly because it was our last resort as most restaurants were closed.
There were employees standing out back with the door open smoking and we should have just left then. But my husband was hungry and we had just driven 19 hours and we were too exhausted to cook.
I ordered a chalupa and when I got home and tried to eat it, it was so hard I couldn't bite into it. The tomatoes and lettuce were mushy and the chicken tasted like it had sat there all day. My husband got nachos and soft tacos and they were equally as bad.
I understand it was late in the evening, but they're open until 2 a.m.
The stars I did give were for service because the young lady that waited on us was pleasant.
