I ordered food around 1:30 am in the morning and fell asleep. I went there around 7am in the morning and they had it sitting on the counter since 1:30 am, and stated they wouldn't remake my order which was an eggs and grits bowl and 1 bacon lettuce and a tomato sandwich. I already paid 22.00 for the order. Customer service seems dead now a days. They certainly didn't care to leave a bad taste in my mouth. Good job Waffle house, good way to treat your customers.

We had 5 people. At the time there was one other table. Didn't even get offered a menu. Thankfully we know what we wanted. Waitress never checked on us not once. The ones that ordered waffles waiting atleast 10 to 15 mins after we got our food to get the waffle, not to mention to bowls we got barely had any eggs in it and hash browns were burnt. In all honesty it wasnt that busy. Just a reminder why I don't go to this waffle house in lake city. Not a good experience.

Got a strange vibe from the staff, even though they were friendly. Our waitress kept hovering close to the table and seemed to be watching us eat most of the time. I thoroughly enjoy Waffle House, but will not go back to this location.
