Went to lunch with a friend and the kids. Got to the drive thru and the person taking orders was very rude and pushy. Did not let us look over the menu or anything. Got our food and went to park to eat. We, then, noticed they didn't give us fries with the kids meal, and when we called about it, the person on the phone was rude. My friend got halfway thru her wrap and noticed a hair!!!!! This place is a joke and unsanitary! The worst experience I have ever had from Wendy's! Will not be going back ever! Grossed us out we couldn't even finish our food. What a waste of money and time! ?

Worst experience ever was told no one has been there since 5 am place was dirty. Drink machine was covered in pink soda. No utensils out in their Designated spots, multiple drinks are out in their soda machine. Two people came in after us, And they got their orders when we went up to get a refund our order was just sitting on the counter and no one called us or anything so we didn't know employees are rude and dismissive #boycottwendys

I visited here after work of having a long day and was greeted by Kim the manager, who said she was manager but according to her behavior, she is very unfit and unprofessional to be a manager. I asked her last name and she refused with a nasty tone. It appears that Kim was high and slammed the window in my face 3 times after I asked for extra sauce. I told her I would contact corporate about her behavior and attitude, and she stated," corporate has new owners now ".I will not come back with rude, intoxicated, manic managers such as Kim is there. If she doesn't like her job, she should do us a favor and quit already.Vegetarian options: Not many vegan options
