Extremely slow service. Several drinks not available out of the drink machine. Chili was not warm. No ketchup in the ketchup dispenser so I had to deal with ketchup packets. Cleanliness in the kitchen area seemed questionable. Overall, one of the worst Wendy’s experiences I’ve had.

I went through the drive thru around 8 PM to get something quick to eat on my drive north. As always, I stopped in a parking spot to check my food - fries were cold and nuggets were cold and slimy. Ew!
Walked in with the bag asked nicely if they could give me new fries and nuggets and why. The manager appeared like magic, reassuring me that that should NOT have happened and that if I didn't mind waiting for a few minutes, she'd get fresh fries and nuggets for me.
My original order was 2 biggie bags, one for each of us. She made things right by giving me a large fry and a 10 piece nuggets for each of us. I was just hoping for one-for-one replacements and she totally spoiled us with extra. Thank you!

Place is well lit and inside a truck stop with snazzy parking assignments. Pretty cool if you ask me.
Here for the night so I can make my delivery to Chattanooga TN tomorrow then HOME for a few days.
Got the usual Dave's #1 no cheese with fries & peach Vitamin water. Good as always and would def come back.

Seventeen years ago, I would have been looking for a different kind of fix in a parking lot like this. But tonight, the only poison is the fluorescent hum and the slow crawl of the clock.
I stand there, waiting for a spicy chicken sandwich. The kid behind the counter moves with the urgency of a glacier. Time used to be a blurred streak, now it’s a jagged edge that cuts while you wait.
It takes forever. Longer than a detox. Longer than the drive back from a bridge you didn't jump off. But I’m still here, standing on two feet, not shaking, just hungry.
The bag is greasy. The heat of the spice hits the back of the throat— a small, clean burn to remind me I’m alive. Better to wait for a sandwich than to never wait again.

Got a $5 biggie bag for the crispy chicken. When opened it was hot and was very good.
Ordered three simple combos. My wife wanted no cheese in hers. I paid and was told to pull forward and they would bring it out. 20 minutes later I was handed a bag and the girl shot back into the store. The fries were stone cold and my wife's burger was smothered in cheese. Burgers look like they were hit with a steam roller. These are the same people who think they're worth $25.00 an hour. $38.00 and change for this slop.
