Its a Wendy's. Nobody eats here because they want to. The only time I eat here is if is so late that nothing else is open. If you get the chili you had better install a seatbelt on your toilet because you WILL go for a ride 😂

Cowards! This Wendy's is in a One9 Truckstop but they close their counter. I was told by an employee in the truckstop to go around and order at the window on foot. When the guy inside saw me standing at the window, he ignored me and walked away. A min later the manager peeked around the corner to see if I was still standing there. All I wanted was dinner after driving late tonight. These cowards couldn't even say something, they just ran away! Am I supposed to take my semi through their drive through? Its absolutely ridiculous to have a restaurant at a truckstop but refuse to serve truckers!

Food was abysmal. Ordered some fries. Cold. Tasted horrible. Got a bacon cheeseburger, maybe it'll be better. WRONG! Cold, soggy, way too much ketchup. I asked who made it, the person who assisted me, Kaesin, said he had made it. He gave me a TERRIBLE attitude. Horrible service. Place smelled like mold, and had the atmosphere of a sewer-drain side dumpster. Never dining here again. Would give 0 stars if I could. I should be paid for eating here.

Every single time I come into this establishment the teenagers back there do not take nothing serious and they always get the orders wrong The corporation should be doing a lot more for the customers that are coming in and getting people in the back that knows what they're doing and want to take their job more serious not laughing and playing and telling us just deal with it

Ordered biggie bag for daughter with double stack got all the way home and they put a chicken sandwich instead. Drove all the way back up there. This isn’t the only time. The screw up orders a lot lately. This location has really gone down hill recently!

Usually stop at this Wendy's when I'm in the area. For the most part, they are pretty exceptional. Today....not so much. Employee with long braided hair outside the drive thru window Dancing and looked to be making videos .....no hair nets or hair pulled up. Then I get home and all 4 sandwiches are missing lettuce, onion and pickle! If I wanted just mayo and tomato I would have ordered them like that. I'll still come back but was disappointed in the service I received today.
