Messed up an online order. Did not give the sauces and forgot the drink. Reminded the front desk it had a drink and was able to get the drink. As for the sauces paid for extra and did not get them or the ones that come with the Zax Packz.

They have a sign at the intercom to pull forward to the window if you have hearing or speech problems, I could not hear at the intercom so I pulled forward to the window and explained my situation and was refused service.

30 minutes before closing and was told they only had a 5 piece boneless left sat in line for 20 minutes from pulling up to paying for my food

I'm honestly quite upset. The service was terrible and my food was wrong. While ordering the guy that was working the speaker was rude and short, he sounded EXTREMELY uncaring. We ordered 2 of the wings and things, side of cole slaw and a salad. I did forget to specify traditional and he didn't ask me to clarify and ordered 3 cokes. Once we pulled up the girl running the cashier did ask me how my day was was swiftly and rudely slammed window shut before I could answer. Once we were handed our food I didn't notice the Cole slaw on top so I asked for the Cole slaw and she rudely said it was in the bag. I thought maybe it was put in the container. Unfortunately I was purchasing to drop off at home otw to work so I did not see that the order was wrong till after I got home hours later. We recieved boneless chicken, I understand that the chicken didn't get specified but I'd expect bone-in as it's called "traditional" well because usually when people order chicken wings they get bone-in. Also my slaw was most certainly NOT in the bag. The sodas were awful as well. The syrup must've been out they were very light brown and tasted of mostly seltzer water. I'd absolutely want a refund but unfortunately my daughter must've ate the regular tenders and my husband's salad was the one good thing we got and wasn't aware what anything else was suppose to be. So now its midnight just getting off work tired and hungry thinking I was about to grub happily was proven wrong 😭 So being in over $30 deep...everything else closed...i have to just deal with it. The Lake City location is usually pretty great. I'd admit the customer service always pretty rocky but their food is usually on point. Can't have both bad service and bad food...Sooo anyways yeah I won't be back for awhile if at all because of my experience tonight...oh yeah we came 01/22/25 around 7pm. The man and woman working that shift should be held accountable.

Dining room was locked 45 minutes before posted closing time. Really disappointed as a traveler passing through and needing to use the restroom and get dinner.

Ordered a zaxby's box they gave it to us in a bunch of containers asked the lady she said I don't know why but just take it like that I believe the management is going downhill all the employees are in there giving away free food and playing around instead of doing their job

This location has been steadily declining, normally I don’t mind the occasional mess up but my food just looks so depressing. I got half the fries I normally do, my tenders were “tossed” with a few droplets of sauce, and I get a fork about 40% of the time, (this time I didn’t, had to get my own). This location used to be top notch and always good, but man in the last 2-3 years it’s dropped off badly.

Changing my review to 1 star because the past 3 times I have been there I've had an issue. Tired of getting shorted food, or not supplied with basic things like fork for coleslaw or napkins etc. Today I ordered the 5 finger plate and got 3 and a 1/2 of these tiny things that look like mini breaded wings... plus no fork. Won't be back anytime soon.

Parking: 0arking lot loops and idiots block it while waiting in line for drive though, but it will never move because they are blocking the drive through.
