This particular Dunkin is very good. The staff is more friendly than other places. I always come here because is close to my mom’s doctor. 100% recommended!

Don't get anything on the weekends because workers don't know how to make anything!!!!! I have bought my wife her brown sugar shaken espresso, hashbrowns and bacon croissant sandwich and hashbrowns were burnt and the drink was horrible!!! Will Not Go there again!!!!!!!!!!

I was extremely disappointed by my experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts location. The manager, Faye, was completely unprofessional. After asking just a few simple questions about the menu and deals, she responded with a noticeable bad attitude on my third question. Customer service like this does not reflect the standards expected from a nationwide company. Maybe she was having a bad day, idk.

Me and my family are a daily customer to Dunkin' but this particular one has become our favorite in our everyday go-to. Not only is the location perfect but the entire establishment of employees in the morning are even better. I ordered something extra on my coffee and then go out of their way every morning to make sure to make it right with no complaints. They have the same employees work 7 days a week and I look forward to seeing them every morning because of their customer service and the speed of the drive-thru. The coffee always tastes fresh. They also always remember the little extra things that I like to go with my order and we never have to repeat or ask. If you ever slide through this Dunkin I recommend leaving a tip because they definitely deserve it and a 5 star review because I know you'll receive the same service as I do everyday

The daytime manager was incredibly rude for no reason. I simply asked for a water instead of coffee since I am unable to drink it because of my high blood pressure and the manager decided to take her anger out at me and proceeded to berate me along with insult me and then would not complete my order. She NEEDS to be fired!!!
