Coffee was cold and after bringing it to the non chalant Employees attention the second cup was cold also. I asked for the difference of the cost of the coffee,due to ot being cold. The lil smart mouth person on drive thru started talking smart out the mouth. GM Rose was standing there and didn't make her stop talking to a customer in that manner. The sausage on the sausage biscuit was not cooked. Not one of the rude front counter staff deserve to be working with the public. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER IN A HARDEES

Ordered a hamburger meal. The bun was old and hard. The meat was cold and old. It was like it was prepared over a day ago. I tried to eat it. It was terrible! My wife’s was equally as bad. I told the desk, they made another one. It was hot & fresh. My wife suffered through hers. Question? There was nobody eating there, no drive thru customers. Why would they choose to serve garbage like that?
