Marco's Pizza

I use to love the service here and would order pizza for my son and notice the service is starting to go down. Lately I have noticed that the pizza is not being fully cut and making it impossible to pull apart. Today when I ordered 3 pizzas none of the pizza were cut and only had an indentation of being cut. I had to cut each slice of pizza with a scissor in order to eat. I noticed when the manager with the dreadlock isn't working this usually happens. I will not be ordering from them again....

I always come here. Ordered 2 pizza's tonight, I get there and only 1 is made, not cool, but ok the oven is hot, throw one in, I will wait 10 mins more. So next I here the guy 5 mins later, hey I need a margarita pizza, the damn thing isn't even in the oven. The counter person tries to play stupid , so I don't know it's mine that still isn't in oven 5 mins after the problem. So I loose my cool and I told him just refund my money I'm not sitting here all night. So manager comes over and gives me a additude. My order was $37 and he slams the receipts on the counter for $22. I'm like that's not $37. So then he counts out cash for the remaining difference, with a severe additude.. I waited for him and I told him off. I'm a customer and you giving me a additude is really messed up. Never again am I wasting my time and money in this store. I get mistakes happen but the nasty additude is unforgivable.

Wanted to try this place, online ordering wasn't working so I figured I'd call. Took 3 minutes to answer call, guy picks up there's loud music in background of call and I explain issue, he tells me he's having the same issue on his end he's gonna call tech support but doesn't take my number or anything to try to rectify situation.... Seems like an hour or so before close isn't good for them. ?

Marcos has very good deal of 50% any pizza(s)on particular days near a full moon so deservedly busy those days & staff was as nice as ever, so pleasant & efficient. Kudos to whoever is hiring, training & retaining them. Although a chain they make it like a neighborhood Marcos.

The manager at this establishment named Desmond is so unprofessional, and speaks to the employees with little respect. I feel that the store should have better management especially if the store is understaffed. I cant call this place family friendly if he treats his employees like animals.

The pizza was good… the staff was friendly… the pizza cut however, was a little hap hazzard… some slices were very small.. some were larger… some were sliced in half … if they can dial the slicing in…. 5 stars for sure… oh and a tad too much cheese … I never thought id ever say that

I tried Marcos tonight for the first time and it was great. The customer service was awesome. Desmond was very helpful. They have a lot to choose from. We got a cheese pizza, pepperoni pizziola, cheesy bread and cinnamon squares. Everything was really good. We’ll be back.

I ordered a pizza at 10:49pm and didn’t receive it until 11:50pm even though it was marked and emailed to me delivered at 11:31. I had not received it so I called the store and was told it was on the way even though I reviewed a delivered email. 20 more minutes went buy and a second call to the store before it finally arrived. My kids were happy to finally receive the pizza but I did not receive the plates and napkins I requested. And the pizza hadn’t even been attended to be cut. I had to cut my own pizza. I was very disappointed in my overall experience and it was my first time ordering delivery. Never again. I’m very disappointed that my children had to wait until midnight to eat.

It was my first time having Marcos and I was impressed. I don’t like doughy pizza crust and that’s what I was expecting. But this crust has some crunch to it. My supreme was loaded with cheese and sausage. Really good flavor. The staff were friendly too. From order to ready was 30min.
