Won't be returning. My first visit here, and the tea tasted stale. After waiting in the drive-thru, I had to go inside to ask for sauce, even after I already had my food. Let me add that I asked for NO pickles and I received pickles .

Being here for the first time, I was definitely impressed. The place is very modern and the food was delicious!!! I loved the Mac and Cheese Bowl and the Cheesy Potatos, WOW!!! I should have taken pictures but I ate too fast, LOL!!! Highly recommend!

If you like the taste of meat (brisket, pork, chicken) you are going to love 4Rivers. No slathered on Barbeque sauce here! And, their collard greens with ham are the best I’ve ever tasted. Now, save room for their indulgent, decadent Krispy Kreme Bread Pudding! I’m not a great fan of doughnuts, but this bread pudding is to die for….so save room!
Ordered through Uber Eats. They offered a free turkey sandwich with orders over $30, which we did (we added it to the order - it was on the receipt we received). Did not receive the sandwich (that was someone's meal for the night). Chicken tenders were burnt, so that was another meal. The ribs were actually ok, but they forgot the fried okra side. They also didn't pack any of the sauces ordered. Because the sandwich was a promotional item (too bad we counted on that for someone's meal) we only received a $2 credit for the okra. Nothing for the burned chicken, missing sauces. I put 2 instead of 1 because a previous meal in restaurant was good. By the time I got my meal, restaurant was closed so I could not call.

A huge shout-out to Matt, our cashier, who made the experience even better. He was welcoming, patient, and genuinely helpful with menu recommendations. His friendly attitude and excellent customer service set the tone for an amazing visit.
