Your district manager contacted me and rectified the issue immediately. unfortunately we can not always control our employees but when head managers stay connected and get involved to resolve issues like this its appreciated. Josh the DM was so helpful and reactive, THATS WHAT COUNTS. I was able to return and purchase exactly what I needed. All is forgiven because no one is perfect but kindness goes a long way...it makes the world a better place. I hope that customer service person finds help and guided direction to do better next time. Really good custard, ordered 3 different smalls, smalls are actually pretty big but it was so good. And it came out fast! Would definitely come back again.
