How to start Saturday, March 15, 2025, the worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant, I don't give it 0 because I can't, unfortunately I went with my friends to eat, a total of 12 people and unfortunately the service was terrible, in addition to waiting more than 3 hours for the food that never arrived, there were 2 tables behind us, one with 10 people and another with 6 people who arrived after us and left first, another waitress brought us alcapurias that we had ordered different ones and we asked her what they were. and the waitress begins to touch them with her fingernails, I go to the cashier to tell her to charge me for what I had drunk and a blonde girl explained to her that she should give me my ticket for what I had consumed and the girl is going to tell her to move forward with the order and I tell her, look, we've been there for about 3 hours and our food hasn't come out, I don't want it anymore and very arrogantly she says to another waitress, look, take care of it, I'm going back, the other girl when she gives me my bill, she's charging me a tip, I tell her why. You are charging a tip if the food never arrived there, she apologizes and deletes it at no time, not even a Manager or owner came, not even apologizing or saying something, they charged us all and they also never tell us that if we pay cash we save the 3.99 percentage that they charge for using a card and after bad service the food never arrived in a piña colada, a fried cheese, a Sprite were $38.50 very expensive and terrible service, I do not recommend this place even if it is the last place in the world to eat.

Unfortunately I can’t rate the food because we waited 3 hours and decided to leave because everyone else that came before us got there food and left and we still didn’t get our food. Yes we were a group of 12 but a group of 10 came after us and got there food, ate left and we still didn’t get our food.

Yesterday I went to this place with my entire family. We were Nine and we wanted to eat some Puerto Rican Food. The minute I walk in the door the person that received us was not welcome she had like a serious face no customer service at all. Then I asked her for a highchair for my baby and she was sarcastic enough to tell me that she knew, All right I left it at that. That wasn’t not the most Irritating thing that bother , It was that once we were sitting down, we waited to receive menus or for someone to take a drink order for 20 minutes and no one came to serve us or ask us what type of drink or to give us a menu. Too much marketing, but if you don’t give the customer service expirencw that you need for a restaurant then it’s not worth of your money and time to go to this restaurant. It’s really sad because I was looking forward To have a meal at this place. My entire family was so disappointed.

The bad thing is that the waitresses are the waitresses. I went the last time an hour before closing. There were like three more tables full and they seemed annoyed and tired. Every 10 minutes something more, I wanted them to finish eating quickly. It seemed like they were annoying because it took them a while to cook and I also wanted us to eat in 3 minutes. Ehhh, there's not even ehh back so they can fix me like this, it's expensive and it takes too long.

It smells very ugly when you enter, like a bulging one. There is no air conditioning. The waitress was nice, but she took too long with everything (she never offered us a refill on the drinks, we were already with only ice and nothing that came), even paying was a disaster.
