Everything was clean, including the bathrooms, and the food was hot and fresh. The staff were friendly, fast, informative (able to answer my questions), and accommodating.

Got the loaded Italian sandwiches and they were not loaded. Looked liked kids size
Had a chicken cordon blue and a gyro. The gyro meat tasted old like it was sitting under a heating lamp for hours and the chicken patty was so small and the ham was just in the middle not across the whole sandwich. Then I tried calling and I called 15 times and no answer it was busy each time. Yall ain't busy and you ain't on the phone that long. Yall just got the phone off the hook so you can't take complaints. Don't go here they suck. That's why they closing the store.

I downloaded the app and went there purposely, because of that. The offer was, you would get twenty five percent off your order. When I went in the lady said, you have to order online. Their online system was turned off. So I could not order online. The manager would not do anything about it. They turned the online system back on.After we got our food. Apparently, the assistant manager didn't want too many orders coming in. This is not customer service. What a scam. I guess i'm done with Arby's.

I placed a big order and their staff handled it with ease. Great customer service and amazing hot food. I highly recommend trying their Mac n cheese, buffalo chicken sandwich and Philly cheese steak those are my favorite items there.

Stop at this location today 6/4/25 for lunch from 1:50-2:15. The place was just nasty. Windows haven’t been cleaned, floor hasn’t been cleaned. Received a dirty tray with my order. This used to be a good location. Not any more.
