I will not return to this location. I waited at the speaker for 15 mins before driving around to the window. The lady was extremely rude. Not sure why she is still employed there as I’ve seen similar complaints in other reviews. Also heard the manager yelling from inside. Very poor customer service. Would give zero stars if possible

Ordered there today, 11-8-2024 at 1 pm. 2 beef and cheddar. I got served two shit sandwiches. It was like somebody cleaned up the scraps from the previous week and said here you go. Is there an Arby's mandate that says throw your junk before fresh or is it just this franchisee??? I will add photos tomorrow. Just got punked at Arby's. Please send me week old leftovers, not even roast beef.

I had burnt curly fires I had to wait 5 mins to be done my kids chicken nuggets were to hard to chew the mozzarella sticks came with no marinara sauce just totally disappointed I spent 41 dollars to receive this type of meal

My most recent experience here was with a very rude employee at the drive through speaker at 7:15pm on 5 September. The woman took my order and had such a bad attitude and rude tone I had to leave without finishing my order. I politely asked for a roast beef single and she lost her marbles and was only able to keep repeating/yelling “CLASSIC DOUBLE OR HALF POUND!!!!??” Clearly, only one of those three options could mean “single”, and without her explaining what she meant instead of repeating the same thing I had no idea what she was talking about.
Apart from this unhinged employee, the food here is almost always terrible (ie Fries are cold and hard, roast beef is dry/crunchy, and they never ever give you more than 2 sauce packets no matter how big the order is). I have tried to return every now and then to see if the service/food quality has improved and clearly it has not. I will not return to this location, and I hope the woman I spoke to gets some much needed help.

Ordered 1 chicken sandwich meal, 1 turkey bacon ranch club, chicken tender meal, mozzarella sticks, and jalapeño poppers. They forgot the bacon on the club, the mozzarella sticks have changed and taste weird, the lemonades tasted funny and made 2 people from our families mouth numb, the chicken sandwich was horrible. It was overcooked, there was no meat only a fried shell. So that person had to cook themselves a meal. We went here because it was quick, usually pretty hot and good. We've been up since 4am and this is the first time we've eaten today. This was disappointing.

My boyfriend and I were in there tonight and when I got home with my Ruben the bread was soggy af. Hardly any meat or saurkraut. I will attach pics. Very disappointed. I thought Arby's "had the meats" apparently not! Waste of money! Thanks Arby's I get to go hungry tonight.

The food was old. This is the first time I had an issue. There was a bigger lady and a guy . Throw my food in the bag. Fries were so old they tasted fake. Husband loves the strawberry lemonade this time It was so bitter. I am done eating out! Please I hope you guys get it together find people that actually want to work. 32$ worth of junk!!! I didn’t even eat it.. mozzarella sticks ugh ?

I sat in line with the car ahead of me sitting nearly 10 minutes. When no one answered the speaker I pulled around thinking something was wrong with the speaker. They refused to take my order at the window and stated he was changing the battery in his headset. It doesn’t take near that long to change a battery. I was told they were very very busy (no) and I would have to drive back around and get in line again. My recent experiences at this particular location has been that the food has been cold when handed to me so I don’t know why I continue to go back. This experience has totally written Arby’s off for me.
