Husband went in to order food to bring home (we live less than 2 miles away)
Got it home, and my beef and cheddar was barely warm, a very thin coat of the sauce was on it, and almost no cheese
They used to be hot, cheese dripping over the sides, and sauce used to be double what was there. Very disappointing. Husband got french dip sub, which was barely warm, too.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences at this Arby’s. I was overcharged for my order, and when I asked for a receipt, the worker refused to give me one. I brought it up to the manager, but they also wouldn’t resolve the issue or take care of the mistake. Instead of helping, they brushed me off and made it feel like my concern didn’t matter. I left feeling frustrated, ripped off, and completely disrespected. If this is how they treat paying customers, I won’t be back.

I went today on 9/18. The container visibly damaged, I thought sure it's just paper. Got home and saw that the use by date was 2 days ago.

After bad customer service from Wendy's, we went to Arby's. The gentlemen in the drive thru was great as ever. Pleasant and attentive to our order. He ensured our items was accounted for and did it courteously. Maybe Wendy's can take Arby's customer service training curriculum and apply that to their stores.

I ordered sandwich and curly fries my to go bag had like 5 fries in it . The medium drink is now a small cup so shrinkflation is real here. My beef and cheese sandwich had no cheese. This was a horrible way to give away 12 $. I always liked Arby's until this one was built by the mall it SUCKS

I’ve been here many times and have always had a good experience. We always dine in and our food is always fresh and hot. Only once we were given the wrong side, and they brought us the correct one right away. The dining area is always clean and quiet enough for conversation. The employees are always super nice and help us find good deals so we get the most for our money and we keep coming back. Recently Sharonda went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted with great deals and made our experience even better than usual.

Everything was great except two of the items on my order were incorrect I did not want any cheese on my French dip and they came with French they came with cheese so I did not notice until I got home. Disappointed.

Everything else was correct though 😞
