After bad customer service from Wendy's, we went to Arby's. The gentlemen in the drive thru was great as ever. Pleasant and attentive to our order. He ensured our items was accounted for and did it courteously. Maybe Wendy's can take Arby's customer service training curriculum and apply that to their stores.

I ordered sandwich and curly fries my to go bag had like 5 fries in it . The medium drink is now a small cup so shrinkflation is real here. My beef and cheese sandwich had no cheese. This was a horrible way to give away 12 $. I always liked Arby's until this one was built by the mall it SUCKS

I’ve been here many times and have always had a good experience. We always dine in and our food is always fresh and hot. Only once we were given the wrong side, and they brought us the correct one right away. The dining area is always clean and quiet enough for conversation. The employees are always super nice and help us find good deals so we get the most for our money and we keep coming back. Recently Sharonda went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted with great deals and made our experience even better than usual.

Everything was great except two of the items on my order were incorrect I did not want any cheese on my French dip and they came with French they came with cheese so I did not notice until I got home. Disappointed.

I believe in giving all the restaurants i attend a fair shake. I usually tip the help more than fairly tip when I dine in. This restaurant i go through the drive thru for convenience. This restaurant is always out of items the help sucks and most of the time they are smart asses I've gone to this restaurant 4 times and they still can't get right. Never again I'm done and I will never attend the restaurant again
Sub par service at best Guy at the drive thru is a very cutesy jerk that did not fill the order correctly This was the 4th visit and each time they could not get the order correct Will not go back

Food is actually pretty good, when they have it. Today for lunch (Yes, middle of the day, 1:00) they “ran out” of beef. For a place that advertises their great beef sandwiches, they run out an awful lot. This isn't the first time. The Lady Manager on shift today was also extremely rude when confronted about running out of food multiple times. This location needs to be ran by someone competent enough to order enough food for a weekend day and not run out by lunch….

Craving a jalapeno recipe slider with a jamo crochet. Had to take the jamoka shake back in because it was half vanilla and no flavor. I got a replacement and still tested like Vanilla and not mixed. I'm not exchanging it again. i will just complain now. You're not putting enough flavoring in and it's not being mixed well enough. Also, it's like cool fluff. Nothing milkshakey about it at all.
