Called and spoke with Omarion to make sure they included my au jus with my French dip delivery order. He was super helpful and nice and gave me an extra one because the app charged me when it shouldn’t have. He really went above and beyond!

Ordered on Uber. Food got stolen at the restaurant by a driver, they refused to remake it or even report it to Uber. So we never received it. They should make people confirm pickup before they take the order like every decent place does to prevent this.

I purchase three half pound sandwiches and two senior drinks for 28.00 dollars. I asked for some onions for my sandwiches. The lady wanted to charge me 55 cent for 2 rings of onion. They cut a thin slice of onion from a small onion and open up the slice into rings. You get 2 small rings for 55 cent plus tax. You pay 8.00 dollars for one sandwich and Arby's wants to rake the customer for as much money as they can. If you think about it if Arby's buys just a three pound bag of onions at the cost that they charge the customer for onions they are making 80.00 dollars plus per bag. Things like that need to stop.

Not so good this time I got a half pound beef and cheddar the onion bun was unusually hard was pretty cold and the potato cakes tasted like they had been sitting for a while will probably never go back to this Arby's

I had a wonderful experience. I came to the drive-thru on 5/6 around 6:00 p.m.. young gentleman took my order. Very pleasant to talk to. But I was most impressed by your new pulled pork sandwich with Cedric's sweet barbecue. I have to admit it may be better than some of the nearby barbecue places in town. I Always get potato cakes and they were great too. My food was fresh. Tasted wonderful and I will be back again before the limited time is up. Hopefully they don't make this a limited time only with the barbecue pork and brisket. Keep it on your menu, please. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you

I order a beef and cheddar on my mobile app, and while I was waiting, I signed up for the text messaging to get a free sandwich. The message said it would drop to my app, however it did not. I went inside to ask and the cashier had no idea, so he went to get someone else. Another kid came to the front and I explained ( showed him the text message that had just happened/and the app) and he asked if I had already gotten the deal which clearly I didn’t , as you can tell from the app… and then said “ I don’t know” I guess it just didn’t happen. That was it. He could have said “ let me look into it” or given me a contact number, or the free sandwich. I asked for the manager and was floored that I was talking to the manager. This was about 2:30, and they were not busy. Meanwhile a gentleman dining in had to go up to the counter TWICE to explain to explain that they forgot the cheese on his sandwich. The whole thing was ridiculous, as if nobody ( in the front) including the manager Ezequiel knew what they were doing. This is at the Lakeland Highland location, by Sam’s Club in Lakeland Florida.

Gotta say it was an unexpected surprise that we were at Lowe's across the street and decided to eat in at Arby's.... Very very clean up on arrival and the assistant manager who took our order was maintaining that clean dining room as we ate. Delicious fresh food and Good company made this a 5 star trip all Forgot to catch a photo but rang the 🔔 bell on the way out.
