Ordered via website they left 3 items I paid for including macaroni bites Arby’s website gave me the option of pickup or delivery. I chose delivery and they hired door dash I ordered mozzarella sticks macaroni bites cheese sauce for fries, and received none of those paid for items for around $12. I called the restaurant and spoke to the extremely rude lady who said she is the general manager. She told me it as door dash fault and I needed to call them, I explained to her I already did and they said call the store. She said they don’t carry macaroni bites but I was still charged. They refuse to refund me the money for the undelivered food including macaroni bites they advertised and this manager said they don’t sell them. I will be posting on every site I can to expose this blatant theft.
My bacon ranch marketplace sandwich had maybe 1/2 slice bacon. I asked for horsey sauce that I didn't receive. They asked me to drive around to the other side of the restaurant cause they were waiting on crinkle fries. My fries were cold when I finally got them.

Gentleman on register was very kind! The customer service skills were a grade!!
One of the worst Arby's locations. We've ordered through there a few times in the past month and every time the food was cold missing items the wrong order and on top of everything else the people that work there are horrendous. They should not be working in fast food industry. They are rude, have attitudes and don't appreciate your patronage.Avoid this location, unless you enjoy cold overpriced food with an attitude

Tonight I went to this location after giving it another try after a previous bad experience. I arrived at 7:25 and the staff took five minutes just to take my order. The front guy asked if I could wait 5 minutes for the fries and I said yes. After 20 minutes went by and them continually serving the drive through (cars that showed up after me) I asked how much longer and he said five more minutes. I told him that’s what he originally told me and he said they had to work on other orders that were placed online ahead of me and it hasn’t been 20minutes, so I told him to look at the ticket. I said that’s not good customer service making the ones who actually come in to wait longer and he just wanted to argue that they’re still making the order. When I got the order there were barely any fries in the container and the wrap was just thrown together. If you want fast quality service go somewhere else.
Got 2 BLT and a cherry turnover. The sandwiches were cold. Not cooling off, more cold out of the refrigerator. The bacon was WAY too sweet. The turnover was cold, doughy, not flaky. Very disappointed.

Arby's had a pretty decent sale, 2 for $6 of their large sandwiches. I don't think I've ever had their fish. It was surprisingly very good!Wife had reg roast beef and she was happy. Happy wife, happy life.I gave this a high rating, which is considering it's still a fast food joint, not a 5* restaurant.
