I ordered the spicy orange beef. It was really good, but for 16.50, there wasn't very much in the container. Probably a cup and a half. I won't be ordering that item again. Actually, none of the containers were very big for the price. Magic Wok on 540A is a lot cheaper and you get your money's worth.
I have to say that the quality of their food has deminished to the lowest low. When you think you order one thing you're getting something similar to it, They cheat on the meats and the seafood . Recently I ordered a large shrimp fried rice and Hunan Beef. The rice was merely warm and there were only seven shrimp, plus the rice was hard. The human beef had more vegetables than beef. These people are cheating on the recepies as if we don't know the difference.

Unfortunately, I will not be returning to Bamboo Wok. Let me explain. The woman that takes your order is extremely rude and dismissive. Everyone else, on the contrary, is pleasant and friendly.At first I thought I might have merely misread the situation. Everyone has a bad day occasionally. But after going there this evening and experiencing the same negative disposition, I felt like I should say something. I said to her, “You seem very angry or maybe even sad. Is everything okay?” She ignored me and asked if I wanted to add to my order.A younger gentleman stepped up and completed my order in a friendly, welcoming manner. I enjoy the food, but dislike the atmosphere when this lady is around. I do not understand why they have her interacting with customers if her facial expression and mannerisms are so off putting. Again, to be fair, I enjoyed the food, but there are plenty of other options with better customer service.Thanks for listening, and I hope this is helpful.Anthony

Food was okay not great. Bought 2 orders of honey garlic chicken and was only given 1 and charged for 2. Never got my money back. Staff wasn't friendly either.

Passing thru stopped based on Google nearby location.The Cashier was very friendly and helpful with my questions about menu and the service was quick. Presentation was ok my Only real complaint is the shrimp had an odd smell& texture, so I felt they were not freshly cooked.

This has to be the most dry bourbon chicken I have ever had. Tough, stringy, and an overwhelming taste of cinnamon of all things. Even the rice was extremely dry. Also ordered was some lo mein, which was okay at best. Overall, I won't be coming back here. Far too expensive for this *very* subpar food.
