Uncle Buckys came to our church fall festival this past weekend. The food is delicious but the people working in the truck were what stuck out for me. The kindness, politeness, generosity was what made me want to write a review. I cannot say enough good things about the experience. My husband doesn’t even care for chicken and he said the chicken sandwich was so good. I had the ribs, and a pork sandwich also which were phenomenal. I’m not a big BBQ fan so for me to say it was phenomenal is saying something. Wish they had a restaurant nearby. We would go broke eating there. Thank you again for coming to our church and for being such a positive light in a dark world.

Waiter was inattentive and at one point asked how we were doing after not seeing him for 25 minutes and asked us where our food was....?? I said no one brought it. It wasn't cold but the swordfish was dried out probably because it had been sitting under a heat lamp for an excessive amount of time

This restaurant offers an outstanding selection of imported beers. If you appreciate that sort of thing, you may want to try the Hecht Schlenferla Rauchbier from Bamberg; a classic "smokebier." Wow! One demerit for the ambiance - harsh overhead lighting, until the management dimmed it about halfway through our meal. Much better!

My husband's meal of Eggs Benedict was good. However, I ordered a 3 egg cheese omelet that came out very dry. I also wanted fruit as a side (and was told there was an upcharge of $2,00 which I was good with) and wanted a side of toast. I was surprised when the bill came because my omelet was one of the smallest and dryest that I ever had. It was $17.00, the fruit was an extra $2.00 which I was aware of but to my surprise ONE SLICE of toast was an additional charge of $3.00. So, no only did I erroneously think that toast would have been included at breakfast, but, for the additional $3.00, I only received one slice! My husband's meal was quite substantial for the price but mine ended up being much more for much less easy to prepare plain food. We were somewhat regular patrons in the past, but do not plan to go back to this resturant.

Our server was Bill or Billy and he did a fantastic job, beginning to end. The meals we each ordered were perfect; one was the fillet and the other the gnocchi. The restaurant manager was Nicholas. He made sure we were taken care of and then took the time to speak with us about a unique beer we ordered and enlightened us to aspects we were not aware of. He offered us one on the house to compare and contrast with our order. Very kind and deeply appreciated. Thank you Billy and Nicholas.

**Terrace Grill Review** I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Terrace Grill, located within the historic Terrace Hotel. My sister and I shared the Coconut Shrimp appetizer, which consisted of Tempura Rock Shrimp accompanied by a Sweet Coconut Sauce, Spicy Mayo, Sesame Seeds, and Scallions. It was an exceptional dish that has become my new favorite. My sister opted for the Basil Pesto Cream with Potato Gnocchi, Basil Pesto, Heirloom Cherry Tomatoes, and Pecorino Romano, while I chose the Rigatoni with added Chicken, which included Fresh Rigatoni, Calabrian Chili Basil, Florida Tomatoes, and Fresh Ricotta. Our visit to the Terrace Grill was part of our ongoing experience for an upcoming documentary project highlighting 100 of Florida's most celebrated restaurants. As part of our reservation, we were delighted to receive a complimentary bottle of Gallery 2020 Quilt Chardonnay Napa Valley Wine. The wine was exquisite, and its presentation was impeccable. Our server, Julia, provided exceptional customer service throughout the evening, ensuring that our dining experience was truly memorable. We highly recommend the Terrace Grill for its outstanding cuisine, attentive service, and overall ambiance. We eagerly anticipate the secret upcoming "Speakeasy" in October. Thank you!

This was a lovely evening with friends at the Terrace. We enjoyed drinks at the bar and our dinner was excellent. It seems that the Terrace has upped its game here. We all loved the first course of popcorn shrimp...unlike any other popcorn shrimp we have had. Very light batter and super tasty sauces. Main courses everyone loved were monkfish, scallops, and 2 of us had the swordfish. A couple of good sized slices of the Chocolate Cake with Mousse Filling rounded out our ample and wonderful meal.

The 3 of us were the only outside table, we were in no hurry, so the service was a little slow. Brunch menu is limited, large servings, very good taste. Our first time there, would daffily go back for a nice Fancey dinner. Thank You!
Probably the worst steak I have ever tasted. My wife only took two bites I thought she was over reacting but when I tried it the char was disgusting almost like they used lighter fluid

Great meal, super delicious. We all loved the food. Enjoyed my cocktails. Also the dining room feels elegant and charming. Lovely large windows and ambiance. Looking forward to going back!
My wife and I tried the Terrace again after learning it had a new chef. The food was incredible! Coconut shrimp was amazing and the Rigatoni was so good. My wife had the tuna tartar and pork chop. It was amazing and a refreshing change to the exhausting menus of the other downtown restaurants.
The menu is incredible! Service was great and attentive! Try the coconut shrimp it was the best thing I've eaten in Lakeland and the Brussels sprouts are superb. We had a bottle of Chardonnay which paired perfectly with all the food. Thank you so much for making our anniversary great! See you very soon!

This was my first time visiting the Terrace Grille and exceeded my expectations. Our server was friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was perfect to celebrate an anniversary. The food was phenomenal. My steak was cooked to perfection and I cannot say enough about the cream spinach!
