Says they’re open until 10:00pm, I’ve been here before. Wanted to get a prepack at 9:45 on Saturday night and they’re closed. I pulled in, 3 people inside just looking at me like I had 3 heads… Someone pulled in behind me as I post this! Bad move

Ordered my daughter's 16th birthday cake 20 days ahead of time. Arrived to pickup and they had no record of the cake. The associate called the owner and was told I could pick from the case. Non of those cakes were a flavor my daughter would want so we left with no cake, no resolution and having to scramble to find a cake within an hour of the party. We have ordered from this baskin robbins for the last few years for both of my kids birthdays and never had a problem until today. Very dissatisfied

Was just in this place 4/9 at about 6:30pm and I must say this is the first time that I had a bad experience. Although the staff is always teenagers, they are always happy and smiling.The one young lady that helped me must of been fairly new as I haven’t seen her before. When I came in she had her back to me leaning up against the counter talking to the other two employees. I stood at the counter and waited for maybe 20 seconds and put my keys down so they would know someone was there.She asked me what I wanted and I told her a banana Royale with 2 scoops and the type of ice cream. She gave me two scoops so I knew there was some type of mis communication. She said she would make me another one and I told her no, that’s ok if you can just put two toppings on it that would be fine.She did that and the toppings started running down the side so she got frustrated and put the sundae down on the counter and walked around the back in a way that it showed her frustration with the whole situation. Maybe she was having a bad day or she had some things going on but she should probably have some training on customer service.Will still go here and enjoy the treat but hope I don’t have her waiting on me in the future.

No matter how many times we go they will not have it in stock. Never ever got a waffle anything here,they're out. Milkshake, out of milk. Flavor ice cream, out. I have never bought anything at this baskin. Plenty of eye rolling though. We've tried! Did our part! Moving on.
