We went here yesterday and the staff was very immature and disrespectful. There were two girls working at the drive thru. We wanted to get one of their items on the menu, but we weren’t able to and they were trying to explain to us what we can and cannot do. However, we didn’t understand what the employees were saying and we simply wanted some clarification. Since we didn’t want to argue with them, we just decided that we were going to order something else. But we didn’t even get the chance to order something else, because one of the girls working interrupted us. Her coworker in the glasses got frustrated, gave us attitude, said that “we keep asking the same question” and also asked “what do you want” when we came to the window, and also walked away from the window when she got mad. This was very immature, super childish and we definitely won’t be coming back after this. We were being respectful the whole time and we didn’t like how the worker in the glasses was treating us for just simply wanting clarification since she can’t explain good.

We went to get some ice cream and we asked if we could get a dubai chocolate sundae. The workers gave attitude to us and it was very annoying. We just went for some ice cream why the attitude? Never would return.

People have been giving this place low reviews but when I went in today, I met a very patient and kind team of people who were happy to give me ice cream and that's all I'd want going into a place like this! I never got her name but around 4 Pmish today she made me the new Sydney Sweeney sherbet and she was very kind, calmly explained things to me even though I'm sure she has to do it all day, and that's hard to come by in food service now! Will be coming back here!

I do Uber eats, we got an order for this BR CLOSE to closing, we got to this location at 8:57pm 3min before closing, the door was already locked and they tried making us leave. Told them we had a delivery order, the gentleman told me to go through the drive through window, so I did. I sat there for over 5 min while him and the white female (they wouldn't give me their names) just looked at me and continued cleaning. So I got out and knocked on the window and continued trying to get my customers order which was placed 30min before closing so it should have already been awaiting pick-up, NOPE. They I guess thought I was just going to cancel but that gives me a negative feedback. The other female that was working on the night of May 11th 2025 was VERY helpful. The other 2 had really bad attitudes. I just hope they made this gentleman's order right that I had to argue to get them to even make it BEFORE 9pm. They finally handed it to me at 9:10pm. I'll NEVER come to this location, the extra miles to another location is worth it to the HORRIBLE customer service. They wasted my time, which has me losing orders and $$$.

Inside the store just right now for several time only me and my husband 2 kids taking care of the store, nobody took are order inside, the guy act like never saw us and the girl look and ignored us. We left with nothing. Thanks for nothing. I don't go back anymore.

Don’t go here for an ice cream cake! I ordered a photo ice cream cake for my daughter’s 15th birthday because they were the only location locally that popped up as being able to do so. I ordered the cake 5/6/24 to pick up on 5/13/24 (more than the 48 hours requirement). I received a phone call 5/11/24, which I couldn’t answer right away due to being at work. When I called back the same day, the girls that answered were kind and immediately called the manager who had reached out to me and tried to communicate putting us on speaker and translating what I could not hear properly. I was advised that the store’s printer was not working and that none of the other stores could print the photo for on the cake and that the manager could do a different style cake instead. I was upset but understood. She gave different options and I chose the candy cake as a replacement, making it clear this was for a 15 year old’s birthday and that I didn’t want the cake to look childish (the photo was supposed to be Astarian from Baldur’s Gate 3…if you know, you know). The manager told me that would be no problem, she would throw in a dozen doughnuts (gave me the option of which ones), and that she would give me a $10 refund for the picture. My husband picked the cake up the morning of the 13th and service was great, cake was on time and the Dozen donuts had been hand selected as well. He sent me a picture of the cake after getting home and I didn’t know whether to laugh or cry. The cake for our first child’s 15th birthday looks like it was made by (and for) a 5 year old. They didn’t even do the icing color in the right color! And we have not received the $10 refund yet that was promised as of yet (this is being written on 5/14, 3 days after speaking with the manager originally). The customer service was great but the follow through was not.

Went here this evening at around 9:20, we pull up to where you order around back and there's about 5-6 employees smoking weed, and swearing at each other like they were at some college frat party.They see us pull up and two go back inside and take our order, we then pay and get the card back and it reeks of weed. After we get handed our ice cream the lady starts walking to the back, to continue smoking weed.Do better. I understand we're in a hiring shortage at this moment, but that does not excuse this.I hope you check the cameras of this evening and get proper management in this location.How disgusting being served food with the same hands that were sharing a joint.Disgusting.

Baskin Robbins they're always canceling my order because even tho what I order is on the menu they say they canceled because they don't hv some items ok once or twice is ok but it's evreytime I order from them. But I found another place so I won't be ordering from them anymore. They're to annoying.
