The food and service downtown was so good ! The sauce Bedrock Buffalo taste so good and my boneless chicken nuggets were a huge breast of chicken cut and served with hot sauce it was so fresh and good

Great local place to enjoy some good variety of comfort food and staples. Best to dine in and make sure you are ordering what you want. Menu and online orders seem to miss the mark for me but when the order is right, the food is good and they work hard and care. Just check the order before you leave. I usually order from Edgewood and everyone is kind, helpful, and personable home- town service.

My husband & I recently had the pleasure of dining at Bedrock Wings, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere that set the tone for our visit.
The food was nothing short of spectacular. I ordered wings and they were delicious! The manager/chef Josh took extra care in making sure they were cooked to my liking. I like them crispy and they were bursting with flavor. My husband ordered the Bedrock burger bursting with lots of different flavors that led him to naptime lol. He was forewarned! The service was impeccable. The staff Carmen and Brittany (owner) were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our dining experience was perfect. Our server made excellent recommendations and was always available without being intrusive.
Overall, Bedrock exceeded our expectations in every way. We were in the mood for wings and burgers and had originally gone to Buffalo Wild Wings, but they closed early for the day. Not sure why other than they had an "incident".
We both highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or just looking for a great meal, Bedrock is the place to be!
I have been there many times but won't be back for charging more for using a credit card and not even telling me upfront. The restaurant needs to absorb that cost

My first time trying Bedrock today! The cashier/server was so attentive, genuine and kind. The food was amazing! Great job to the cook! Will definitely be visiting a lot more now.

best chicken caesar wraps in lakeland and wings. but today when i arrived not sure who he was was very arrogant when I asked for more sauce on my wings and refused to put more on. When i walked away. I hear the guy(wearing a hat) state that “he’s not doing that. that’s a ridiculous request.”. well looks like i won’t. be back at this location for a long time coming until the service is better. Deena and Jeff are absolutely great. I understand the stress of the food industry but the way he talked to me was utterly disrespectful.

I ordered take out from the Edgewood location & they completely messed up my order. I order 2 boneless wing baskets (one buffalo and one hawaiian) & I don’t know what they gave us but it was entirely too spicy. Both wing baskets were covered in dark red chunky sauce with lots of seasonings. I paid $30+ for food we could not eat. I called 6 times the night of the order within business hours & no one answered. I called back the next day also within business hours & no one answered. I even called the downtown store to try to get Edgewood to answer, and they could not get them to answer. I used to love bedrock wings but the service has been so awful I cannot go back. Here’s a picture of the “buffalo” and “hawaiian” wings we received.

I drove 20 miles to give this a place a try for my food business I bought a coupon on Groupon that they offered with an expiration date of 06 /28/24 I was really looking forward to trying this place out as prices are reaching unaffordable for working people I go there with good expectations and go to order and they refuse to honor the coupon they sold on Groupon saying the owners will no longer accept it this is unacceptable if you offer something and you place a expiration date then your word should be good.Not at Bedrock Wings they don't seem to have honor in their word. I rate fairly on here and have a lot of people who read my reviews I don't just trash a place if they have a hiccup it happens and in most cases they fix it and when I go back I review it again. But I won't be returning here as if you will not honor a coupon you sold I say again sold not give away I paid for it and when I went to use it they refused. The employees were very nice about it and their hands were tied. So I say to those who read this if a company doesn't honor what they presell you then you may want to not go there as if they will short you before you even get to try the food one has to wonder what they are short changing customers in the kitchen so to the owner of Bedrock Wings I gave a 1 star ⭐ but I couldn't leave zero you should not make offers you intend on not honoring.

Great wings! So many flavors to choose from. Friendly staff and fast service. Tables are nicely space, so it was a great place to catch up with a friend and chat for a while and be able to hear each other talk. I wish they had beer, but their wings are so good, it's well worth the sacrifice.
I’m very disappointed in the my hamburger & fries. My hamburger was raw and my fries were overly salty. The lady at the register that took my order was very friendly and helpful. I got garlic parmesan chicken from them twice. I figure I'd try them again since to see if it just me with the experience of the food. The chicken taste was playing I asked for my chicken to be wet and season like garlic parmesan. But the taste was nasty so I just didn't like it The chicken was fried hard like you like it but the taste had no taste. So I won't be going back there ever again.
