Bianca's Bakery is fantastic!! She made us beautiful cupcakes for my granddaughters class at school and is now making her an Unicorn cake for her birthday party!! Total praise and Thank You to Bianca's!!!

The centerpiece cake and smash cake for my daughters first birthday came 2 1/2 hours late. When it arrived it was completely lopsided and looked horrible. She blamed it on “speed bumpsâ€. It was 1 hour before the party so I had no choice but to use it. Would not recommend this bakery for professional cakes.

Smash cake for my neices 1yr birthday party came out lopsided and leaning. It looked okay decoration-wise, but the top was tilted at about a 30° angle to one side when it was supposed to be small round and flat. When brought to thier attention they dismissed it and seemed to be okay with it.

I wouldn't even give this place one star but obviously it's as low as it would allow. Me and my fiance purchased a cake from her for our wedding. She never showed with the cake, we called all day long and could not get her to answer, when we finally got an answer all she could tell us was she had us down for the following Saturday but all of our paper work and receipt said it was for the right day. Obviously I was torn to not have a cake at my wedding. This business is beyond unprofessional, do not count on her, especially for an occasion such as a wedding, I will never be able to go back in time and do the day over.

Wouldn't even rate as one star. Had my sisters wedding (Courtney Snell) on nov 4th. Courtney had prior arrangements to have the cake set up to be delivered that day and time! NEVER SHOWED UP WITH THE WEDDING CAKE. I PERSONALLY called lady probably 50 times. The next day she FINALLY answered and said she had the date for the following Saturday. I was furious, she only offered to make Courtney another cake & return the money. Obviously nothing can take back the fact my sister didn't have a wedding cake on her wedding day. Glad the s'mores were good. Following the fact that she did get the small replacement cake - it was NASTY AF. DO NOT ORDER FROM HER.

Called ahead asked of they had Cuban Sandwiches. Was told YES, drove from South Lakeland got here at 130 was told they close at 2 and they don't have any. Sign on door says open until 430. Brought this to the attention of the OWNER.. was told not to be mean. Never coming here again. First and last attempt. By the other reviews below this place has bad business practices

Bianca can cook like an angel. She is warm, attentive and loving! The food is very delicious, clean and fresh! The atmosphere is warm and many gather to laugh and enjoy the food. I drive every Thursday from Tampa to Lakeland to meet with friends and enjoy the food!â¤â¤â¤

This little bakery is great. She has a lunch menu and runs specials. I've enjoyed everything I've had. If there is a pie or cake you want that she doesn't usually have in the window she will make it for you. Custom cake decorating and excellent breads. We could not believe her prices. Such wonderful business and we really needed something Like this on the north side. She will even do cooking classes and cater. My wife and I go at least once if not twice a week.
