From taking my order to food delivery, everything was just wonderful! This was my very first time visiting and I am being elated that I chose black & brew. I cannot wait to visit Lakeland again so I can try different items on the menu! Keep up the great work!
The customer service is top! Britany was kind and charismatic, such a positive energy! Price range is unbelievable, it was comforting to have quality service and food/drinks with great prices. I ordered a Butterbeer Craft Soda and OMG! AMAZING FLAVOR!

Very slow service. Drink came out way after food. Had to go back to get topping they asked if I wanted when I ordered on my late. Staff would not change my drink after I ordered, she said they had cut it off due to ice shortage. But my original order was iced🤔I used to love this place and the food and drinks are really good but the service is terrible. Staff just did not care over several visits it has been staff attitude that has ruined the experience. Also cushions on outside chairs were wet when we sat down. Unfortunately can’t recommend.
