The lobster bisque was very good. There was not chunks of lobster but the flavor was great. The Banh Mi was sweet, did not care for the flavor. I would say a poor interpretation on a real Banh. The food is a slightly better version of Panera. The prices are reasonable, I would go back.
Sunday morning breakfast with my girlfriend was quite the hit, with her being a chai latte connoisseur, which she as pleased with. My rancheros breakfast was delicious and not too filling. Overall a pleasant experience and good service.
Black & Brew is a solid staple in downtown Lakeland. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and consistently good coffee. The food is fresh and creative, and it’s a perfect spot to meet up, get some work done, or just enjoy the local vibe.
