I love coffee and I'm always on the lookout for a new coffee place. I viewed their menu online, and it seemed very promising. I placed an online order for pickup. When I arrived in the drive-thru, my order was handed to me quickly and the customer service was great. I'd ordered 2 small beverages to try and a breakfast sandwich. The cold brew coffee beverage was mediocre at best. The iced hibiscus tea was better, but not great. For the breakfast sandwich...the egg was spongy and the biscuit was dry. The bacon on it was good so I just picked it off and ate it by itself. Price wise, definitely on the higher end which would be okay if the product was great unfortunately it wasn't. Would not go again or recommend.

Black & Brew has been a local favorite of mine for over eight years now. I’ve always had a positive experience at any of their locations with great food and customer service. Special shout-out to the south side location today and those working the drive-through! Highly recommend ordering the “pick 2” and trying the pesto chicken sandwich and caesar salad or strawberry praline salad.
