I went there yesterday and decided to try something different. I have always had brisket (which is the best i have ever had, and I always have bbq when I travel), but today i got ribs. They were outstanding, especially if you like a peppery rub. Great food.
Today I had a great lunch with my family. We ordered ribs and brisket sandwich with sides, and both meats were fenomenal. Probably the best bbq meat I have ever had. Tender, juicy and flavorful.
It is not the cheapest, but I also understand meat is expensive and it takes alot of time, effort and experience to smoke it like that. Will be coming back for more soon!

Food was delicious. I got the rib plate. I didn’t even have to chew, they just melted off the bone!

Nick was super helpful and accommodating! Definitely a picky eater, friendly spot. The mac & cheese was perfect. The Street corn potato salad was different and very delicious as well.
It was a good place among the many choices inside the building. I kinda got the vibe they just microwave the food and serve em in the same containers like paper Tupperware. The pork was good though. We are there when the festivities were going on July 4th, so comparitvely speaking the price was much better. Would I go out of my way? No. Is it a good option if you are there, yes

If you want to pay over $18 dollars for a sandwich the size if a Big Mac this is the place. Paid over $50 dollars for two sandwiches which one had no flavor, the other had a little taste thanks to the fat from the brisket, otherwise if would be cardboard. Fries were good that’s about it. Wave your money go to Macdonald get more for your buck

Some of the most bland BBQ I’ve ever had. Made with no love, nothing to set it apart. If the meat was cooked to perfection, maybe it could help make up for it-but that’s not the case. I’d rather eat the barbecue up north and if you’re a southerner, that says a lot!

$9.00 Mac & Cheese is HORRIBLE!
This place honestly didn’t have any redeeming qualities. For starters the prices are obscene! Even if the food quality was good (which it wasn’t) $30 for a sandwich, side, and water is wild! Beyond that the coleslaw tasted rancid and was inedible. The turkey sandwich was dry and flavorless. The portion size was insanely small for the price. The best part of the meal was the store bought bun. Unfortunately the customer service was just as bad as the meal. Do yourself a favor and try one of the other options at the Joinery because this DEFINITELY isn’t the move.

Some of the best BBQ in lakeland. Also the only consistent restaurant in The Joinery.
