We had Thanksgiving Lunch here today. The food was delicious and the staff was very attentive. They had a special combination meal with Ham, Turkey or both with all the fixings included desserts for an excellent price. This was a great family experience. Thanks to Bob Evans staff.

My experience at this particular branch of Bob Evans was terrible. Started off with the friendly waitress, being very facetious here, who looked upset she had to work that day. She appeared to be more concerned with talking to the kitchen staff about an air b and b and other thing than focused on making sure her customers were properly taken care of because when asked for items she quickly forgot to bring them. When I tried to order I asked to make a small alteration to one of the dishes but she promptly stated “nope.. it come like you see it”. With that I should have just got up and left. I know she just didn’t want to make an effort because she told the couple behind us who wanted to switch bacon with sausage that that was not allowed either because there was no way to put in the computer for the change. Just on that alone I won’t go back to Bob Evans as they don’t allow menu changes. But I suspect she just didn’t want to make the alterations. This alone should be cause to abandon eating at Bob Evans again because you can’t change anything on the menu he apparently. Then I changed my order for the turkey meal. I know she was not paying attention to the food she served because on the plate I received a rather rotten and black carrot staring right up at me from the plate. The turkey and potatoes were very good though. The kitchen staff was probably distracted with our waitress as well because they actually put that on the plate too. I then asked for butter to put on my banana bread but you guessed it…. It never came. I just got frustrated and stoped asking. Ohhh also forgot that she tossed the bill for the food about 1 minutes after she sat the food on the table. This was another indication that she was through with her serving and didn’t care if we needed anything else. Just a bad experience I guess. Shame because the potential is there. Just need better staff I guess. I will also attach a picture of the rotten carrot so you can see how nasty it was.
We ordered two meals for carryout. Once we got home we realized the rolls were not included. I called the restaurant and they said to come back in and they would give me a dozen rolls. The staff was extremely courteous!

Slow afternoon, barely any customers. Took 20 min to seat us and take our order and another 30 to even get the food out. Food at least came out hot. Went to cash out and no one in site. Manager finally walked out ten minutes later after several workers walked by and ignored us, didn’t greet us but made sure to talk to the “regulars” behind us. Will never be back.
Nothing too spectacular, then again we shouldn't expect spectacular from a Bob Evans.
Service was good. Food was, fine. Can't say anything more really. But I likely wouldn't go out of my way to eat there again.

First time visitor, conveniently located plenty of parking friendly staff clean inside including the restrooms. Service was prompt. We had a simple breakfast. Aside for the Bacon being overcooked and hard and pancakes were not cooked in center the pan potatoes had no flavor the omelette was just very different. I would consider trying them again
