Friday evening April 26th I went online and placed a curbside order for Bob Evans located 3130 US Hwy 98 N, Lakeland, FL 33805 (Order # 26365572516806658) to be picked up at 04:30.I should know better because every time I place a curb side order the employees a this location do not want to walk it to my car. Last time I did it the employee made me wait and then said as she gave me my food, “You know you are supposed to come in and get it”. I apologized as I was not aware so this time when I place the curbside I read the website that said a team member can bring it to your car and when I arrived the sign even said we will bring it to your car.This employee was passive aggressive by saying your food is ready but I don’t have time to bring it out now so give me a few minutes. After waiting 20 minutes I called in to cancel my order because I was tired of waiting and she said, “Oh I was about to bring it out do you still want to cancel”.Why have curbside if your employees wont bring it out to the car. Maybe they need additional training in customer service. Needless to say even though this is the closest Bob Evans to my house I will not be back as the service was terrible and the food was cold.

Servers were friendly and well catered my family and I. The foods were fresh. The menu was packed with limitless options. We really enjoyed our brunch before taking our trip back home.

I don't get many Saturdays off, but today I did.My son and I was having a Father and son day together today, his 2 favorite restaurants are Bob Evans and Oliver Garden. The plan was breakfast, movie then Urban Air. Got to Bob Evans just before 9am, it took a couple of minutes to get seated, which is normal. Once seated and waiting for the waitress. I ordered two movie tickets on line for a 10:10am start time for the movie, thinking plenty enough time to order, eat and pay. The movie theater is around the corner. Ordered our beverages and meals at the same time. 10 minutes after that a family of 3 got seated, still no beverages for us. 5 minutes later a family of 2 got seated still no beverages for us. Another 5 minutes later a party of 6 got seated,still no beverages for us. A helper came out to take the party of 6 beverages order, then ours finally arrived. My son's was fine, mine was nasty so I asked for a Pepsi instead. Waitress did promptly give me a new beverage. Now it's 9:45am, the family of 3 gets their food. 9:48amthe family of 2 gets their food. At this point,I'm done. I tell my son let's go. Go to check out to pay for our 2 beverages, the cashier ask which table we were seated at and I told her and she said your food is ready. I told her we have not been served any food and I will not pay for food we have not ate. She gets the manager which tells me our meals are in the window and they can serve us in a few minutes. I tell her no because we have been there for over 50 minutes and 2 tables that got seated 10 and 15 minutes after us have already been served plus we have tickets to a movie. She says ok... I'll only charge you for one beverage . Which is cool, $3.63. But then asked me do you want the meals to go? No.... I just told her we have tickets to see a movie... we have to go and I don't want food seating in my car for 2 plus hours. Then as I was trying to pay for my beverage , she did not help me finish cashing out. Instead she took the couple behind us to a different register and cashed them out. I completed my transaction, was never offered a receipt or an apology for the terrible service. I do not like leaving bad reviews... But this time, I'm very,very, very disappointed in the service and management...

The place was not busy which is why we ordered explaining we were in a bit of a rush . The waitress came back 20 min later saying the manager was training a new cook so it was taking longer than it should. We said if we couldn’t get our food in 10 more minutes we would have to leave. We’ll we left still paying for our food that we never received.. First off they should have told us that service was delayed when we said we were in a little rush. Secondly they should have not charged us because our food wasn’t even cooked when we had to leave 30 min after we ordered.

If I could give 6 stars for service I'd do it all day long! My waitress was named Angela and she is a font of happiness and sunshine- what a delightful lady! She was all smiles and very prompt. This is the best BE I've ever been to, the food is fantastic too! Angela was the best. The food was the best what a great restaurant. Tammy and Quay also came over to make sure everything was perfect and that just made it perfecter! And the manager, Jamie runs a tight ship. The place is very clean and well run

Service was absolutely amazing but the Food was completely Horrible and the managers accommodations were absolutely WORSE!! I sent my meal back 2 times and still wasn’t satisfied. I agreed to pay for both meals because the first one was coming out in Pieces and not the entire meal!! Therefore by the time I received the entire meal most were already Cold. The second one came to the table completely burnt as if it was forgotten about. When I asked for a manager she only assisted with a 3.00 discount, as I explained, I’m hungry a discount will not change that, she said this will be the third meal. However I had agreed to pay for Both full price but my main reason of dinning was to eat, not receive a $3 discount. I Will certainly Never Patronize Ever Again!! Some restaurants need to take full responsibility for their quality and customer service. This was unacceptable. GO TO DENNYS NEXT DOOR!!

The hostess that was suppose to seat us was having a personal conversation with someone who was leaving so it took quite a while to be seated and they were not even crowded. Once we got seated waited almost 10 minutes and waitress never came to table. So we walked out. Again not busy at all. I would have gave a 0 but didn't have option
