Got very same order in Lakeland and Brandon a week apart. Lakeland charged me $14.00 Brandon charged me $27.58 .Brandon kept the. $.42 didn't say anything when I questioned her about change oh let me see if I can find some change. When you find it I hope you enjoy it because you blew a $5.00 tip. Why are prices so different in stores about 30 miles apart owned by same company. YOU RESPONDED TO MY REVIEW DID NOT ADDRESS ANYTHING IN MY REVIEW .

We went to lunch at Bonefish Grill to celebrate two anniversaries. It has been many years since we have been there so wasn't sure to expect. Although the room has been redesigned, the decor was nice, neutral, and relaxing. The restaurant was very quiet and our server, Greg, greeted us and proceeded to seat us at a booth in the bar area. We requested a table in the main dining room and he seated us there. Greg was laid back, but efficient, friendly, and had a sense of humor. He did a great job! All of our food was ridiculously delicious! We ordered different items off the menu and everything was served hot and perfectly prepared. The blackberry sangria was delicious! Greg brought us complementary cheesecake to celebrate our anniversaries. We had a wonderful time and thanks for making our anniversaries special.

I love going during the quiet times so I can enjoy my food. Service is very good without being intrusive or feeling rushed since I mainly dine alone. Only improvement is removing empty dishes/plates no longer in use as well as straw wrappers/paper napkins/empty creamers. I don't like looking at such things while I dine and especially while I am enjoying my dessert and or coffee. Btw- amazing house salad!!! Add a shrimp skewer with it!

Bonefish has changed their menu. It is terrible. Only one (1) steak now. Far too many chicken dishes. Most of the seafood is some mix of shrimp and other fish. They STILL have the horrible Rock Lobster on the menu. I have talked to the manager 3 times about it. He completely agrees with me that it is a bad idea. The wait staff agrees. I was told many months ago it was a “test.” They have no intention of going back to the cold water lobster (2tails) they previously served. They were delicious. They were the reason we decided that Bonefish is our favorite, go to restaurant. We have decided to look elsewhere. They just do not care about the customers opinions.

Having dined here numerous times I was a little disappointed in the service tonight. Our server was less than prompt throughout the evening. Took longer than necessary to get our drinks. After dinner I ordered another drink which I never received. Finally we were running out of time so I asked for the check. It took a while to get our check as she was more interested in clearing empty tables. Finally we got the check which had to be changed as the charge for the second drink which I never received was on it. Eventually it was sorted out and we paid and left. Kinda disappointing.
The bang bang shrimp was great. The saucy shrimp cavatappi pasta was excellent and should be part of the main menu!
