there is finally a Puerto Rican food truck in Nassau County! I am a Puerto Rican from nassau county and I heard of the this food truck from tiktok. I needed to try it and I loved it! I will definitely come back. I loved my boribowl and that pernil was mad good. Imma def come back with my family and friends! Located next to stew leonards in east meadow. The food is so authentic and service was great!

Very delicious food. I got a beef Empanada, tostones, and a piña colada. The food was both delicious and perfectly cooked. The piña colada was not just a can of soda but a nice smoothie type drink. Staff was very nice. Only thing I will say is that they didn’t have any umbrellas (the only one they had was broken) and the tables were out in the sun but it’s understandable since it’s a food truck and it wasn’t super hot anyway.

They have a variety of Spanish foods for you to try made fresh and with LOVE. Service is top tier! They made me feel like family. If you guys are ever feeling travel sick and feel like you need a get away just head to bori bites. It’s Puerto Rico brought to you in a truck!
