there is finally a Puerto Rican food truck in Nassau County! I am a Puerto Rican from nassau county and I heard of the this food truck from tiktok. I needed to try it and I loved it! I will definitely come back. I loved my boribowl and that pernil was mad good. Imma def come back with my family and friends! Located next to stew leonards in east meadow. The food is so authentic and service was great!
Very delicious food. I got a beef Empanada, tostones, and a piña colada. The food was both delicious and perfectly cooked. The piña colada was not just a can of soda but a nice smoothie type drink. Staff was very nice. Only thing I will say is that they didn’t have any umbrellas (the only one they had was broken) and the tables were out in the sun but it’s understandable since it’s a food truck and it wasn’t super hot anyway.
The bites with fresh tostones and an excellent flavor. My husband and I will return. We loved the meat empanadas. I also recommend it and at a reasonable price. The owner was very friendly and the young man who served us
