This bakery is phenomenal! I love the rotating menu, but also being able to reorder a few staples year round. I have never been disappointed with any of my choices here. The chicken pot pies are my most favorite ever!
While this is a 5 star spot for the goods, the ordering process leaves much to be desired. There is often a line, with the pick up area crowded and hard to locate. There isn’t a menu posted in the store, you have to look at the pastries laid out on the counter, but when there is a line it is hard to see all of the options. You will wait at least 20 minutes for your order, most wait times are closer to 30 minutes. But, even so, this bakery is an absolute MUST TRY if you are in the Lakeland area!
Parking: Parking is available behind the building in a small parking lot and a grassy area

Parking: The location is big but the entrance is from behind and the parking is very limited. You need to go early because there will be a huge line outside the building waiting to get inside. But food and service is awesome

Food is awesome, I ordered the day before , I was 20 minutes late, np my fault if it’s cold so what, but to made to wait 25 minutes to be bagged is crap, 9 staff 7 customers and it was a cluster, save time make money keep customers happy train the bagging dept and make bank! Shame it does piss me off from going as it spoils it, I travel over a hour for their food and to be made to wait from incompetence due to the owners’s inability to train staff is BS

Management is possessive with their employees; disrespectful, demanding, overbearing, no breaks, no food, no benefits, no happiness. Similar to a dictatorship if you catch my drift. Owner needs to stick to baking and leave the leading to others who are qualified for the job. You don't get a pass because you have friends in the industry or your husband is Puerto Rican.
